Oh my goodness, I just had the pleasure of working with GO Heating, Air & Plumbing and it was an absolute delight! Jordan, who handled dispatch, was like talking to an old friend. She was so kind and personable that I almost forgot I was calling for a plumbing issue. And then, there was Chris. Chris is a master plumber, and boy does he know his stuff! He was so generous with his time and made sure everything was working perfectly. I was blown away by his professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness. He explained everything to me so well that I felt like a plumbing expert by the time he left! And the price? Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised. Overall, my experience with GO was everything one could have hoped for, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. If you want great service from a team of absolute superstars, GO Heating, Air & Plumbing is the way to go!

*We were able to get the electrical issues resolved early Thursday morning. We called and spoke with Brandy(who was also very helpful) and she was able to get Kurt back out later that day. With the issues from the day before addressed he was able to finish what he needed and got the unit cooling again. We appreciate the effort put in by them to help us out and help get the problems resolved.

*We called them on Wednesday and they were able to get a tech, Kurt, out to reassess the unit and Andrew brought the parts they were waiting on out to him. Kurt was very professional and helpful but unfortunately found further issues. He explained the issues that were known about and the new issues found and what steps we need to take to try and fix the problems. The A/C does not currently cool but it does now circulate. Kurt making that happen and identifying the further issues and explaining what he believed those issues were was very helpful and appreciated.

The sales and installation of a new A/C unit with Go went wonderfully. We called and a salesperson, Andy, was out the next day and was very helpful. A temporary repair was made on our old system and our new system was finished being installed within 4 days. And while the unit is working, it works great!

The warranty has been a nightmare with this company though. Our system was installed in the summer of 2022 and had its first breakdown that summer as well. We called and was given an appointment over a week out to even assess the problem. We were able to get in touch with the owner and a tech was out and finished the repair that same evening in about 30-45 minutes. We were told it involved essentially resetting some control board parts.

This summer the unit has broken down again, with the same error codes as last time. We called on a Thursday morning and was told they could have a tech out there same day but with no timeline, but we would receive a call when on their way. Later that evening the tech came out and informed us the blower was not working and we would receive a call on Friday morning about estimated order times for the blower.

We called Friday morning and were told we were speaking with a manager, I did not write her name down, and we would receive a call back later that day with more information about the timeline. Around 4:00pm we called back and was told the manager we had spoken with had left for the day already. A different manager, Andrew, told us he would find out and call us back. Andrew called us back and we missed the call but immediately called back. The dispatcher at first told us no one called us because our appointment is scheduled for Tuesday. We explained again that we were returning Andrew’s call and were able to get in touch with him. Andrew informed us the part should be here Monday and an appointment is set up for Tuesday. We were not given an appointment time again.

A portable A/C unit was offered after my wife asked them about providing one since that was something that was offered during our installation if they wouldn’t be able to temporarily fix our old unit. Andrew told us it was scheduled for 11:30am on Saturday. It was delivered and set up quickly by a friendly tech with no problems.

Tuesday afternoon rolls around and we have not heard anything from Go. We called their office around 3:00pm on Tuesday to check if they could give us an estimated time since the business day was getting close to being finished. I was told the part wouldn’t be in until Monday now. We asked if a manager was available and was told they were all in a meeting and the dispatcher wasn’t sure when it would end but that another manager, Luis, would call us afterwards.

Currently it is 7:00pm (95 degrees outside temp) and we have not heard back from anyone and honestly I do not think we will hear back from them unless we call them tomorrow to try and confirm a new timeline. Once this company got our $18,000 to install a unit they could care less about their customers or warranties it seems.

Jay Phillips was our technician for two separate trips as we had quite a bit of work done. He was professional, kind and a joy to be around. I highly recommend him for anyone to request specifically if you need HVAC work or maintenance done.

We ended up having to replace both of our air conditioners! they was great, he took the time to explain each of the products to us, informed us which would be the best for our circumstances and helped with the financing!

The new air conditioners were installed the next day, the team arrived on time, they were friendly and professional, answered any and all questions we had and did a great job of cleaning up before they left!

We highly recommend them.

Avoid this company at all costs! Beware of their deceitful tactics - all of their 5-star reviews are paid for. This organization is solely motivated by money and their shoddy installation of cooling systems is proof. Within mere years, the AC motors give out, leaving customers with a broken system and unreasonably high repair costs. Moreover, their lack of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

We have been using Go Heating, Air & Plumbing for 4 or 5 years now. They always are quick to get to us when there is a problem and also come out for maintenance visits during the year. Michael was fast and courteous. Fixed our plumbing issue same day.

The guys changed a damper motor on my system. They charged me $935. When I looked it up online the part cost $99. I don't understand why would you charge me $800 to install it. This sounds like fraud with customer... taking advantage of people who don't know the real costs

From the start to the finish, communications and the projects they did for us just went fantastic !!!!!
The phone conversations with GO were very friendly, courteous and professional !!!!!
John came to our home and we made the thorough inspections of the units and why they needed replacing.
John gave us an overview of the company and explained the products, services and benefits that GO will provide. John was very courteous and professional !!!!!
GO got the ball rolling the next day !!!!!
The installation guys, Jorge and Lorenzo got busy upon arrival !!!!! They provided the drops and used shoe coverings. Clean and Neat !!!!!
When the installs were completed, the guys explained what was done with a very informative
walk through !!!!! Jorge and Lorenzo were very courteous and professional !!!!!
