Montrell was great the two times he’s been out! He was prompt, professional and not too pushy with the sales stuff (I bought services both times). I ask A LOT of questions and he never seemed offended or to lose patience with my asking. He was very knowledgeable.

David was my plumber again. Automated message that he would arrive at the next hour in the 2 hour window. Nice to know so the customer isn’t guessing.
This call was about dislodging a camera at the cleanout. It was a last hope. David made a good effort. Next week, it’s under the foundation.
David was Professional, courteous, willing to inform a customer who wanted the details. I would recommend Go Heating and Plumbing.

GO was great to work with. They had immediate availability and David K arrived on schedule. His assessment was thorough and the costs for services were provided. The repair was quick. I hope I don't need plumbing service again any time soon but if I do, GO will be my first call.

Zaul was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained any issues he found and presented options (necessary, optional and suggested). We ended up going with the maintenance package, which will include 2 more HVAC checks and tankless water heater checks and flushing. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Beware of their over diagnosis and over charge of labor estimate. Ensure you shop around before going with them.

Ray came out and did a great job with our scheduled plumbing inspection. We hadn't changed the anode in our water heater in a while, so he took care of that. Some of the scale ended up clogging the kitchen faucet, but Ray figure it out and got us back in operation. We're very satisfied with the folks at Go Heating and Air.

All of the technicians were very professional and helpful. From start to finish, Jeff did a fantastic job finding the AC unit that fitted my needs including financing. He co-ordinated every aspect of the install process.

The technicians that installed my unit, Eric and Jorge were just as professional and knowledgeable. They worked very well with my building engineer to make sure all was in place and answered all my concerns and or questions.

I used this plumbing group when I was buying my house to do an inspection of the cast iron pipes, roughly $200. They came back saying there were leaks and growth coming through the pipes and quoted me an entire reconstruction at $30,000.

Obviously I was concerned and voiced it to the seller. She got a review from another company and they said everything was fine. Since moving forward and buying the house, I got another plumber to review and they informed me I was in GREAT condition and only needed to get jet my lines to help with the build up and scaling - only $600ish.

I am shocked that I was quoted an entire reconstruction that almost caused me to back out of this house, especially during such a competitive housing market. I would not recommend.
