Called to get a technician to perform check on my AC system and get quotes on air duct cleaning. They were on time, professional, and thorough. Took the time to explain everything and provide my options. Highly recommend this businss.

Go HVAC & Plumbing helped us out to get our system going during the extreme weather. Even though it's a very old unit and needs to be replaced. It got us through the freezing cold until we could schedule to replace the unit entirely. They were more than fair considering we were using parts temporarily until we could schedule the replacement. They offered great options on replacement units to fit my budget for a high quality reliable unit and got it all installed in one day. I'm very impressed with the level of service and professionalism and can't recommend them enough. I will be giving them a shout if I have a plumbing issue as well.

We recently used them and they're so easy to deal with. Great prices and the plumber was polite and very professional. After using them I won't use anymore else. It's hard to find a trustworthy company but GO is for sure.

2nd Update: The follow up service was great. Rick and the other team member thorougly diagnosed the units and filled freon as it was running low. He answered all questions and seems to be very knowledgeable. I am very much satisfied with their overall service.

I wish I could give this company -5 (yes you heard it right, minus 5) stars. I am not sure why there are rave reviews here but my experience with their service was awful. I was scheduled with few other residents in my neighborhood and based on the feedback from others I heard the same story others as well. So I really do not know what kind of experience the technician has and if he even did anything maintenance at all. I generally do not write any reviews but this company made me feel very disappointed. I will never ever do business with them again.

Brian and Jorge were able to repair and replace my flex ductwork after a racoon had torn it to shreds. The crawlspace is super tight and I had other companies turn down the work until I had it dug out but that's not in the budget right now. These guys took a look and felt they could get it done and they did! Excellent wok, great attitude and a pleasure to work with.

I picked GO plumbing from a list on my local NextDoor app. We needed a plumber to fix an outdoor faucet that was leaking. I didn't know what kind of service to expect. David arrived at our home on time and gave us an estimate that was reasonable. He had to go into the interior wall to get to the pipe. All his work was done efficiently and professionally. A new pipe and outdoor faucet was installed. David took pride in his work and it showed. No rush job here. I was very impressed with his work and his friendly attitude. Ray came out and was the best tech I've ever worked with. He provided us with great options, troubleshooted all of our plumbing, and gave us great recommendations on how we could improve the flow of water and hot water into our house.
