They were on time when I had an emergency a/c breakdown. Christy was phenomenal, she called me several times to let me know of the tech’s status. The tech was very helpful and professional, fixed the issue pretty quick. Overall a 5 star service. Will surely recommend these folks

Brandon was very professional, courteous , knowledgeable and efficient. He was on time and the I received a 30 minute window notification before he arrived. He listens well and was able to address and resolve my concerns regarding my A/C.

I had to update my review as the office didnt address my concern. Today is one month since I reached out to them first and I still do not have my AC fixed. Everytime they visit, they recommend ordering a new part . I'm tired and sick of their service with 2 year old at home with no A/c in this heat. Also, the technician took my motor along with him after replacement without taking the permission from me. This is unprofessional and now he is says its in warehouse and not sure. Please do not use this business

Aire Texas cost me $411 in plumbing repairs. Under service they blew out my condensation line to clear some build up. Instead of taking 2 min to remove hose from pipe (in order to blow debris into bag), they blew the line directly into my plumbing pipes. I notified them same day the pipes are now clogged and backing up. I was told, they did their part clearing condensation and that the plumbing was now my issue. The plumbing issue cost me $411!!!!
I called twice this week to inform them of the issue and how disappointed I was, and hope my feedback will prevent another customer from the same disaster that I experienced. No one from management could be bothered to even call me back.

Everyone is professional and genuinely nice. We had a supply and a fresh air vent installed and had our Spring service done with Aire Texas. They were thorough yet very efficient. Great company to work with.

Reggie & Tim were very knowledgeable and professional. We hired Aire Texas for duct cleaning and they did an excellent job. They provided before & after photos, as well as ran an air quality test in our home. They both were very respectful and made extra efforts to clean up after themselves. Very pleased with the service and experience!!!

I needed to replace an aging HVAC system - air conditioning and heating. I obtained 3 different quotes from researching several good providers. Although not the cheapest, nor most expensive, I needed to know the provider would be around after the sale. Aire Texas won my business.

Tim has been to my house on a few occasions for install and insuring everything is working properly. He is an outstanding HVAC tech - professionally and personally.

I had three local companies out to give me a quote for HVAC system replacement. I ended up choosing a 16 SEER Trane system. The quote I received from Aire Texas for the replacement was the lowest of the three. Everyone I worked with at the company was great and kind. They made me aware of a Encore Utility rebate that was available, which I took advantage of. I submitted a deposit of half so they could order the equipment I selected. I gave the deposit on Friday, I received a follow-up call on the following Monday advising that the equipment is in and they were ready to schedule a date for the install. I scheduled the install for the following day. A crew of two came out the following day to remove the old system and install the new one. They arrived at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday and we're finished by 1:00 p.m.. The install was professional. They reviewed all parts and systems with me. They made a minimum mess while installing and cleaned everything up before leaving. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I couldn’t ask for more than what I received from this company. From the person answering my call to Chad and Tim knocking out the install so quickly, it was first class all the way. I have been told that if you have to ask for good Customer Service, you’re probably not going to get it. With these folks, I didn’t even have to ask, and I got the feeling they put in this type of effort each time. Thanks so much, and best of luck in the new year!

Tim and Bryan were both highly informative and helpful. Their services are exactly as advertised. They thoroughly explained their process and were just genuinely nice individuals. I would highly recommend this company for their services in the future if the rest of their crew is like these two guys.
