Total Air & Heat Co.

They used to be our go to AC company until recently. They did a poor install on a brand new unit causing water to leak from our ceiling. Unresponsive and difficult to deal with. Didn’t take responsibility for the damage they caused. It’s been 3 weeks. They dried and re insulated the plenum and it started leaking water from our ceiling 3 days later. Thankfully we didn’t have the ceiling repaired by their vendor immediately as they requested.

Their service exceeded my expectations. In a time when other companies were scheduling appointments for next week due to overwhelming demand, Total Air went above and beyond to accommodate our needs promptly.

From the moment I contacted Total Air, their team displayed professionalism and a genuine desire to help. The person who answered my call was attentive, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They understood the urgency of the situation and assured me that they would do their best to assist us as soon as possible.

To my surprise, Total Air managed to fit us into their busy schedule the same day. This level of responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me.

I had my AC looked up before summer and Carl was great. Additionally, Robert came to my home to give me a second opinion on replacing an AC unit and was up front about cost and necessity. In the service industry, honesty is sometimes hard to come by and I felt both employees were up front and honest.

Amazing service and professionalism. 4 other HVAC service firms could not diagnose a tricky issue with our furnace. Within 5 min of seeing the issue, the Total Air professional (and this guy was a pro) identified the cause and I was able to get it fixed quickly! Awesome service!

Andy was a real professional and personable, too! He worked diligently to find out the problem with our outside unit. Although he couldn't fix the problem today (needs to order a part), he devised a safe work-around to keep the unit running so my family can stay cool until the next step. He discussed repair or replacing the unit, offering alternatives and cost considerations. Much appreciated!

I needed to push out my scheduled appointment for an hour later. They were able and happy to work that out to accommodate me. Total Air is great to work with. They hire the most friendly, knowledgeable, and professional technicians. Honest and reliable. I’ve been a customer for years, and decided years ago never to let them go. Highly recommend Total Air!

We have used Total Heat & Air for many years & are very pleased with their service. My only complaint this trip is that we received a text saying the tech was on his way, but he didn't arrive for another hour & half. An update of the delay would have been appreciated. We will continue to use them, so hopefully scheduling will improve.

Was very satisfied with the service. Quickly identified and repaired the issues. Andy was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Was very pleased that he came as quickly as he did since it was the evening before July 4th.

When we have had air issues in the past it has always been hard to research and decide who to call. We looked on Nextdoor the social media site and found your firm. We used you in Feb. this year and the service was exceptional so when we had an issue this time we knew who to call, Total Air and Heat Co.
When I first met Andy in Feb of this year I found out very quickly he knew what he was doing and could explain system issues well. I can assure you there will be more positive comments on social media going forward.
