Total Air helped install two HVAC systems couple of years ago, one for upstair and one for downstair in two years separately. Our AC units are on top of garage, the garage roof was damaged and caused leaking. It was a long story to fix the problem. We paid to fix the deteriorated roof wood frame and new garage roof, the total air did re-installation AC and paid to fix garage ceiling. For the 2nd system installed, Total Air did re-installation for the duct pipe to comply our city standard. Their managers, workers, and front desk representatives did good communications on all issues we met. When having issues, they checked them quickly, tried to fix them as quick as they can. But we do not like the issues we experienced at all!

We have been using their maintenance service after installation, the technician did great job to keep system running well. We paid yearly plan, their customer service reminded us and helped to schedule the maintenance service on time.

This year when doing maintenance service, I told the technician we installed new roof week before, he did extra work, checked and re-attached flue pipe better with screws and foil tape, moved away the shingles the roofer put under to support the flue pipe, which is bad work from roofer. He made sure the system works great. I would like to give extra Thx to the maintenance technician! It is his work win the 5 star for Total Air from us.

We’ve used Total Air and Heat for over 30 years. They’ve always been responsive, prompt and neat. We will continue to use their services as long as we’re in the area.

$169.00 just to come out which was not deducted from the service. They needed to return to fix the issue & wanted to charge another fee to return & fix the issue they found. Called another service who found my problem in 15 minutes, fixed it and were done. For far less cost.

Kelvin Meeks was great and very knowledgeable. He gave great feedback, and was expert and explaining the situation, as well as options to fix the issues.

My technician, Pete, was professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining exactly what he was doing to repair my AC.

Rudy was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was on time, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Total air and heat and Rudy. Thank you for the great service.

Technicians were polite and respectful of our property. They completed the service work in a professional and efficient manner.

Wow. 169 to come out/first 30 min, & 65 every 15 min after that. I know what the problem is, I just need a quote to get it fixed. Stick your head in the attic and measure the coils, to get unit price. I'm not paying 170 for that. Also, what if I get the slow worker?

Justin is awesome, I couldn’t be there but he explained everything and every step he performed to son and daughter. Kudos Total!
