All City Air

I feel good that the air conditioning unit were repaired to my satisfaction. The air is not on upstairs yet, but the problem appears to be with my Nest thermostat.
I will replace my Nest thermostat tomorrow and hopefully I have all my air conditioner working.
They were prompt and flexible.

A representative from this company came to our offices and then proceeded to harass us. They were explicitly told that under no circumstances were they going to be able to speak with anyone in project management (we are appointment only) but they were also given business cards to facilitate a formal introduction. Instead of following this procedure they decided to leave, come back into 2 minutes later and demanded to speak with a different associate. Obviously, they were denied. They then tried calling our offices trying to speak with someone through that avenue; we are ALSO a small business and the reason I am employed is to facilitate day-to-day operations for all employees, including and especially the owners. This includes fielding solicitors.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. They have been great and can totally trusted.

Dylan and his team installed our system and we’ve continued to use them for service and preventive maintenance. Super friendly and responsive and knowledgeable. Dylan is a legit good and honest guy. 10/10

We had to get a second Opinion when our air conditioning unit failed during the first heat wave of the season. Dylan came right over when other companies were saying it would be two-three weeks. He patiently explained the diagnosis and solution. We will be in touch with All City again.
