Amazing service! It's a large company with many employees, but because I had a unique situation (HVAC part under warranty), the owner took the time to personally come out and perform the install. Fast, affordable, and recommended!

Total Air & Heat installed my unit about 15 years ago. I have contracted with them for maintenance twice a year since. The unit is still going strong and i have always been pleased with their service and professionalism.

We used Total Air for our new system and have not regretted it! From their professionalism at quoting, installation to their follow back up after installation and maintenance. All phases have been a pleasant experience!

In October of 2017 I signed up for a maintenance program that deducted $16.50 monthly to cover 2 maintenance services a year. I was happy with their services until 2022.
In the spring I needed to add Freon to a fairly new AC condenser (6-7 years old). When I asked what causes that, tech told me that I could start by servicing the unit. When I told him I was on a service agreement he said …..with who!!!

In October when I scheduled heat maintenance, I called the office on the day of service to check technician arrival time. I was told that I still owed $24.65. When I asked why, I was told my service was supposed to be scheduled in January. I went ahead and paid the extra money because I had taken the day off to get this done. (I was later told that the prices increased…….but why not say that initially.)

When two service techs arrived at 2:20, I showed them the thermostat and where the attic access was for the heating unit. The unit was turned off. I was surprised when the the guys were ready to leave at 2:37. (I have a ring doorbell with arrival/exit time recorded.) They never turned the heating unit on.

I told them the office had informed me of the extra charge and I had paid that over the phone. The service tech said I owed nothing.

In conclusion, I paid $124.00 for 15 minutes of ??service?? I can’t see how they could have done maintenance without turning the system on. Every time I talk with someone from Total Air, I hear a different story. Sadly, Total Air & Heat used to do a wonderful job but they must be under new management or ownership. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Used Total Air & Heat for years when I lived in Dallas previously. Moved back after 12 years & called them as soon as I had an issue. They repaired A/C & I signed up for twice a year preventive maintenance & they’re great. All techs have been polite, take time to answer questions & thorough. Pete has been on the twice a year service frequently & was here today. Lots of good information & great service.

The tech was on time and very courteous. He gave me tips to take care of my air conditioner. It is working just great now.

Greg did an amazing job by quickly found the mistake made by the other company. Otherwise I would need to replace the whole system instead of just putting in a correct part: $129 vs. $10,000! Thanks Total Air & Heat!

The technician quickly was able to identify the problem and had the part that available. He was polite and explain in detail what was needed including cost. On time, courteous and experienced technician.

I have used Total Air & Heat for more than a decade and at three houses. The office staff are always pleasant, helpful, and efficient when setting up appointments. The service techs are all professional, patient, curious about how the HVAC system is working/not working for me, and resolve the problems efficiently. I always value their hard work and appreciate the customer satisfaction goals.

Both the technician and salesman were wonderful. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business!!!
