Carl Edwards, as usual did an efficient job of making sure our heating system will get us through the winter months. This man is reliable and is quite knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He discusses with me the technical aspects of our system and what he does to solve problems. I recommend him because he seems to me one of your outstanding employees!

We have a maintenance agreement. Arrived in time window and performed spring HVAC maintenance tests on inside and outside units quickly. Fortunately everything checked out Ok.

Jacob was my sales rep and he was very knowledgeable took his time to explain even more then I learned while researching a new system. He was very communicative, regarding his arrival time, and getting back with me on my questions in a timely manner.

The installation crew again was on time, they let me know how long it would take. The installation was very clean, the put drop clothes down, and the unit appears as though it was installed by experienced professionals unlike my previous unit. When it was done they took the time to go over the new thermostat, answered my questions and cleaned everything up.

They even followed up to check on my satisfaction and see if I had questions after I had a chance to use the unit. I intend to use Total air for future maintenance and service calls and will recommend them moving forward.

Harold and Michael, the Total Air service representatives ,were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and fast. They were the best.

To extend a 1/2" gas pipe about four feet, and attach to an existing wall heater, my heating problems would have been remedied. However, the tech really pressed hard for $12,000 to replace the floor furnace. Or better yet, $20,000 for an entirely new a/c & heating system. Screw the customer. Get the money--no matter what! GREED, GREED, GREED A new floor furnace at Grainger is about $1,600.

The technician did a great job and communicated very well. Total Heating And Air always does a fantastic job.
