We have been a loyal customer for many years. Their charges for coming to inspect the problem at the resident is way above market value. Unsatisfied with the cost.. even with inflation. when other companies are consistently 30 to 50 dollars less this is a complete ripoff. Watch them as they sold me a cheap capacitor even though it was under the unit warranty. Will NOT be using them!!!!k

When I spoke to the manager, he wanted me to enroll in a maintenance plan.. and give them more money..UGH. What a bunch of crock! Complete RIP OFF!!

My technician was Rudy. Rudy was professional, polite and informative. He quickly completed the service call for spring maintenance and then went above and beyond my expectation by removing the leaves from the heat pump and washing out the accumulated dirt. He also let me know there was mold in the drainage lines and installed a product to keep them open for a year

Had system replaced twice in 45 years at same house. New installations and follow up service were always completed promptly and without issues. We currently ask for Ryan who is great to work with. Always offers suggestions on how to get the best use out of our system. Definitely 5 star service.

Ryan did an excellent job doing a service maintenance on HVAC system. He did such a fantastic job and spent over 2 hours taking care of everything. This was the first time that I used them and I am impressed.

If I need service -which is rare because they keep my two HVAC units clean and working so well, they give me a great discount because I have a service contract. My favorite service tech, Pete Lopez, came today to service my units. He is personable, professional but most importantly very knowledgeable. What a pleasure. Total Air & Heat installed a new HVAC system a few months ago and they came out to make sure everything was working as expected. They have been very professional and the quality of their work even impressed the city inspector. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

Total is always dependable, reliable and efficient. From the schedulers on the phone like Tina who worked me in for my annual checkup to the techs who are professional and courteous, Total is a pleasant experience.

We needed our a/c units checked, 1 not working, the other 2 looked at. I got an honest estimate to fix issue, and it did not cost me a new unit, for which I was expecting. They are professional, and reasonable. Would reccomend. Thank you

Justin was on time and provided excellent service. He leveled my AC unit and cleaned out the lines. Very customer friendly and very trust worthy. I definitely will renew my service company with this company.
