Our technician Zach was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Zach was able to quickly assess and find the problem with our A/C unit and completed the repair the same day. We are enrolled in the service plan that Aire Texas offers and have been pleased with their fall and spring inspection and maintenance of our HVAC unit. The customer service representative, Lauren, is a kind and very knowledgeable, as well, she gave me important information about preparing for the service call and kept me posted throughout the day because I was on standby. This company has provided 6 years of consistent service for our family.

I met the company through my home warranty and had really good experience with them. They were on time and knowledgeable. We had to get the repair done on our own and the Aire Texas bid was the lowest I got on all services I needed done.

The technicians, Collin, Tim and Zach were all professional and courteous. They were thorough and did a great job. I would highly recommend Aire Texas to anyone needing heating & air conditioning work done.

Charged $395 to clean a pipe. Tried to get me to replace a fan blower motor for $750. Called Dallas hvac part for the same part and it would only be $149.00. So about 5 times the cost. Left a huge mess in the sink. Friendly guys though. Next time I’ll just pay the diagnostic fee and look up the repair on YouTube.

Technicians Chris and Brandon were very professional and helpful. They explained the process of cleaning my air vents at my home, they answered all my questions, and demonstrated their expertise in the matter, plus additional information about my whole VAC system, recommendations for further services, and were friendly and trustworthy.

Aire Texas continues to provide above-par, thorough and professional service at an great cost. KC has taken care of our systems twice a year and they continue to run great!

Aire Texas did a great job installing an additional return. From scheduling a designer (Chris), to the install (Zak and Phillip), they worked with us on a proper system function, location, return size, and position, it was apparent that they were all well trained and skilled in their work. They even cleaned and vacuumed before leaving. The customer service and job result is definitely professional quality! Thanks!

KC called me prior to coming so that gave me more than enough time to be at the house ready for him to come. He was absolutely wonderful to work with, very informative, very polite and very thorough. His service was outstanding! The icing on the cake for me was the text message that I received prior to his visit which provides you with your service details, your Engineer's name and picture. Aire Texas has truly won my business. Again, awesome job KC! Thank you very much!

Update July 3, 2020: Aire Texas replaces my old unit today and I couldn’t be happier with the work and the new system. Every team member I have encountered has been knowledgeable, personable, professional and fun to be around. This has been a fabulous experience, one I had dreaded because of the expense, but Aire Texas team members made me feel really good about the purchase and 100% satisfied with every step of the process. I highly recommend Aire Texas!!

KC F. was the diagnostic engineer who came to my house today and took care of my AC unit. He took pictures and videos to help explain the work and show what had been done, and was able to explain it to me in a way I could understand, myself having had no training in this type of industry. He fixed problems as they came up, double checked things, and even though he had to do more work than he originally came here to do, he was super friendly and professional the whole time, and was literally the best technician I’ve ever met on a service call. I recommend this company and if you get KC, you’ll be happy.
