I chose Aire because their service had great reviews on many different platforms. They did not disappoint. Reggie was the tech who came out and he was awesome. Did a great job on our AC Spring tune-up. I even signed up for their maintenance program. I highly recommend!

Aire Texas was very good with their communication, keeping me posted on my appointment with texts and calls. Brandon showed up on time, he was polite and professional and diagnosed my AC problem quickly. I was happy with the service and will use them again.

Tim W is great. He took great care of our system while performing routine maintenance. He’s a great guy and I’m glad he was able to service our AC/Heating system. I hope he gets our assignments every time.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional! He went over and beyond to give the best customer experience. He listened, and provided answers to all of my questions! Would highly recommend air Texas for your A/C needs.

4/25 - Reggie from Aire came the other day to do maintenance on our 3 units. He was super friendly and very professional. Aire has some great people who work for them. Anyone who has ever come is always very knowledgeable and helpful. They always provide good guidance and don’t try to oversell you. I really couldn’t speak enough about this company. Glad we hired them.

Had new units installed. Was about to go with a competitor but Wanted to make sure we did our due diligence. Got the quote from Aire and they gave me a description of how the install would go and we were not disappointed. Danny was one of the main installers. He’s very detailed and explained everything. In fact, All of the installers that came were professional, curtieous and friendly.

I would highly recommend you look to use Aire

Now that I am hearing all the Aire Texas Management has left and I am seeing emails from Lex Air I am not sure what to think. I am also being told that their engineer up and left and took everything with him so they cant verify my warranty.

Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

Brandon arrived as scheduled and performed troubleshooting on a/c. Thermostat was bad and he fixed. Cleaned coils and left everything nice and neat. Very pleasant personality and very professional. Brandon is a very good representative of the company and should continue to be a real asset to the corporation.

Chris and Bryan did a fantastic job cleaning my air ducts and vents. Both guys were very friendly and took the time to explain the process from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure no mess was left. Very professional and a good reflection of Aire Texas. I was very impressed with the quality that these guys gave and displayed.

I’ve been using this company for years to support my Dallas townhome and while they aren’t perfect, I do recommend them.

I’m a member of their “Cool Club” membership which allows me to pay a monthly fee (~$15) and have them visit quarterly to maintain my two HVAC systems.

They’ve also replaced a condenser unit for me and worked closely with me to craftily get it up two flights of stairs and out onto my roof balcony — no small task.

Their technicians are always on time and very communicative.

You can trust them to do a great job. Years back when they did our system installation it was very professional and very quick, even in the dead middle of summer. Now our regular maintenance is always great and easy to schedule. Reggie is a pleasure and does a fantastic job.
