KC from Aire Texas was very friendly and professional and did a great job checking our new HVAC system to make sure it was operating correctly. We have been so impressed with Aire Texas and their installers and everyone who works there. They are very knowledgeable and professional and do excellent work, and their crew is very courteous and helpful.

Thanks to Shep and Chris for their work today, doing a new install and making sure everything was working right. They were professional and polite and made sure I understood everything before they left. Nice to have a company I know I can trust and is very easy to work with.

Tim came out today and was amazing. He was here on time and did a very thurough job of troubleshooting our AC. The cooling problem we had was intermittent and Tim stuck with it, trying lots of scenarios, until he could duplicate the problem. I was really impressed as it would've been very easy for him to just give up. We've used Aire Texas a number of times and they always answer the phone regardless of the hour, show up on time, provide reasonable and accurate estimates, and fix the problem the first time out. Thank you.

Tim was the technician who came to help with the Nest installation. He was on time, very friendly and professional and knowledgable. He took the time to walk me through each setting which helped tremendously. out of the 8 other companies I contacted, Aire Texas definitely had best and reasonable price. Will definitely call Aire Texas next time for my Air conditioning needs.

Wow, Reggie really lived up to his well-deserved reputation!! I read many of his reviews, and realized he is a great technician! When I met him in person and saw his ability and expertise with my own eyes, I am convinced Reggie is a SUPERSTAR!!!! He is AWESOME! Smart, articulate, and very personable....he is the TOTAL PACKAGE and a precious asset to this company!!!! He's TERRIFIC!!!!

We have had Aire Texas out for a tune up, a duct cleaning and just tonight an emergency repair. All technicians have been prompt, friendly, and thorough. Great experience. They always call to confirm, send a tracking tech when someone is dispatched, and even include a photo and info about who is coming to your house which is a great additional safety measure. Highly recommend.

We are selling our home and needed a HVAC inspection! They came out, on time, cost effective and nice to work with!

Chris and Brian were on time, professional, polite and very communicative about what they were doing. Brian made sure to walk me through the new thermostat answering questions and Chris made sure to walk me through all the pictures of the replaced system to show me what work had been done. The experience could not have been better and I cannot recommend these two delightful young men more.

Tim got to my house an hour earlier than originally expected. He was able to identify and fix our AC problem very quickly and professionally. Best part was that it was warranty work that didn't cost me anything.
