Great experience! They were prompt, honest, and professional. They did isolate the issue quickly and gave me options. I opted to replace/upgrade the entire system after 15 years and was given a fair price and they were able to install the same evening, Crew was outstanding. I have had 9 houses, replaced 4 systems over the last 36 years and this was the best experience yet with an HVAC company. Highly recommend.

I've used this company for over 7 years. They've serviced my units and have saved me money doing so. When my "antique" heating unit finally decided it was done for good, it was an easy choice as to who to use. Despite their offer to find a part as opposed to replacing, I elected to replace and take advantage of the efficiencies of more modern units. Their no interest financing offer at the time made the choice even easier. I've been VERY happy with their timeliness, professionalism and knowledgeable staff.

1st Class Heat and Air had a fast response time. We are always weary of being taken advantage of but they sent out their most knowledgeable technician. His name is Jordan. You can’t miss him because he’s 6’6” tall. He’s a ex-marine. He walked us thru every detail. Upon his presenting all options we made the best decision. Our AC unit was 15-16 years old and we knew there was a leak because we had been filling up on coolant every year. Right before summer. Well the band aid that we kept applying finally fell off. So we made the decision to replace the unit. Now I must say up to this point Jordan had given us every bit of info and let us make the choice. No pressure. It turns out 1st Class Heat & Air offers “same as cash” financing and we took advantage. Jordan had told us their installers we very good. He told us that out of all the installers he’s come across in his career that he would choose 1st Class’s installers for his own mothers house. And I have to say they are impeccably good and very productive. These guys brought the unit and delivered it around 6:30 pm. They installed and worked every second to complete the install at around 9:30-10:00pm. After they finished they showed the work and everything was straight and level, no space was wasted. The guys name that did our install was Rocky. He was my contact for the install crew. These guys were in our hot attic working for about two hours. They were drenched from the heat in attic and I made sure I supplied them with ice cold drinks. If you are worried about being taken advantage of at the very least call these guys. Atleast give them a chance to give u a price and tell you what’s wrong. Ask for Randy (owner) and tell them you read this review. Ask him if he can send Jordan out. Their prices are not the highest but they will give you peace of mind because by the time they leave you will understand what’s happening. The craftsmanship of the installers is second to none.if you have any concerns or questions I will be glad to talk to you. Just have Randy or Jocelyn call me and I will give them permission to call me. We have 1st Class Air on speed dial but with the products and installs they had done for us we don’t plan on seeing them for a while. They do stand behind their name: 1st Class Heat and Air.

First let me say that I felt the service 1st Class Heat & Air provided was good. The person who came out to my home was professional and quick. The day I called they were at my home and had the issue resolved within 24 hours. However, when I received the bill for services, things took a turn.

The problem with my A/C ended up being a burnt out motor of which needed to be replaced. The motor itself cost about $300. The total bill for the job was $924.90. When I called to ask for an itemized breakdown to understand what the $624.90 was paid towards, the people I spoke with completely avoided the question. Their response was that they did not do that and then started to try and give explanations about "overhead" and how business works. I let them know that I was well aware of how business worked and understood the concept of overhead. However, as a customer, I want to know exactly what I am paying for. I was further met with resistance with them stating, "all sales were contract sales" and they did not provide itemized breakdowns.

If you are looking for someone to come out and get the job done, they proved to me they can do that. If you are looking for a fair price, I caution you to be aware of what you are being charged with this organization. Any organization that cannot provide a breakdown of what you are paying for should be questioned.

Great experience with Jason at 1st Class Heating & Air Service. Dispatch was able to give me a window as well as called me shortly before Jason arrived. Jason is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He set proper expectations with me regarding what he'd be doing and how long it would likely take. His explanation and recommendations made sense and he respectfully and completely answered all of my many, many questions. Thank you Jason for providing great care and service! Very much appreciated! I have used 1st class air now for 2 years. They have replaced both of my units. This is a professional company. They usually are at you place within 30 min even on the weekends or off hours. They even came and fixed my air conditioner during my sons Graduation party. The technician John who comes out always provides options on a plan to fix your problems. I also have to give the office credit. They always answers no machine or service. They even fill out the warranty paper work for you. I definitely recommend.

I emailed 1st Class Heat & Air on a Fri evening and was called within minutes of sending the email. I called for a basic check up and was surprised and pleased when they scheduled my check for the very next day. Blake, the technician was on time and very professional. He checked all the ac components and advised me on maintenance of my system. Very fair pricing and now 1st Class will be my “go to” AC Peeps.

I was very pleased with the response of this company. My air-con broke down on a Friday, I called them Saturday the next morning. They had someone come out an assess the problem and by 10 PM they had replaced the unit in the loft. Their employees were professional, polite and made a very neat and tidy job. I would highly recommend them.
