Awesome experience.
Called and was able to schedule same day service, fortunate since my AC went out on a 97 degree evening. Service techs arrived on time and were very professional. After providing the symptoms, they immediately started checking my system and within a few mins were able to tell me exactly what the problem was. The price quoted was reasonable and up front with no hidden or surprise fees. My system was repaired, cleaned and is blowing super cold!! I am extremely happy with my experience and will definitely refer them going forward. Thanks

We've been using 1st Class Heat & Air for several years for our HVAC maintenance and repairs and they are the best! The Service Techs that come out are always courteous and professional and do a really great job.

I highly recommend 1st Class Heat and Air. It started 5 months ago in October, when they came out to check my A/C that crippled during a heat wave.

Their response was same day, when other A/C companies said it would be a few days before they could come out to look at it.

1st Class Air fixed my issue and got us cooled down.

So when it was the end of the road for that A/C unit, our ONLY thought was to use 1st Class Air. They came out and assessed what we needed and they had our unit replaced... fast!

Randy and his team are friendly, helpful and informative on what you ‘really’ need. Awesome techs and front office team. You will have a great experience!

I have been waiting over a week for my landlord to fix my ac and it’s been over 100 degrees this past week. I got in touch with Chris and he came and fixed it right away! He got the job done and did a great job! If I could I would give him 100 stars! Can’t thank him enough for helping me. We need more people in the world like Chris.

My A/C was acting up in 105+ degree heat, called 1st class who initially installed the system, they came out within 1 hour of calling to check it. Chris Miller was professional, showed me the problem and what I can do to avoid it again! My weekend is starting off better now, Thanks Chris!

John arrived earlier than we expected and had figured out the problem within about 10 minutes. He came up with a solution and offered an estimate if we needed a new unit in the future. Since our system was over 26 years old, we really appreciated his opinion and advice. Great company...we will use again in the future! Thanks 1st Class!

We had 1st Class Air our to fix our AC unit. The team was quick to respond on a Sunday. The unit was beyond repair so we ended up replacing the AC unit. Did a price comparison and the company was on par with similar units from other companies but they were able to install on the same day working well into the night. Very professional team and I will continue to use them!

I had a wonderful experience with 1st Class Heat & Air. I had been putting off having my heating unit checked and discovered it not working during this recent cold snap. I chose 1st Class after reading about the company and seeing some good reviews.They were able to send someone out quickly to help. Daniel did an excellent job of explaining to me what the problem was and what options I had. I chose to have a new unit installed, even though they offered to fix the old one. Since it was 15 years old I knew it would need to replaced sooner rather than later. Dane called me quickly and I was able to get great financing, he was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. The installers were there first thing the next morning, just as promised. They were polite and got right to work. Daniel came by while they were still working and made sure all my questions were answered and even got the filters out that I had been putting off changing. They were done a little after noon. I couldn't have asked for nicer people or a better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks 1st Class for a great job !

Jordan, the technician was very thorough. He replaced the broken capacitor and cleaned the wrap around 2 layers of coil with chemical before hosing it down. Also, he took the time to answer all our inquiries in detail. The diagnostic fee, parts and labor was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again.
