Had a great experience with this company . Ben was the Tech who was Awesome! He looked at the inside unit over and the outside unit and made some great recommendations for maintaining the units and which filters to buy .
He came early and got our A/C running and checked everything out and went back into the house to make sure everything was working correctly. He then went over the thermostat and recommended some ideas to save money .
Know I know why they call this Company First Class .. it’s the Techs and great Customer Service ... no high pressure just Texas Honest ! Highly recommend them they are honest and Ben has a lot of experience on Ac and is willing to share !

The AC went down on a Saturday night. They sent Chris Miller on Monday and he quickly discovered the problem part, but did not stop there. He continued testing and found the root cause of the problem. He replaced the faulty part and repaired the faulty wiring. An excellent job done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I recommend Chris Miller and 1st Class Heat and Air without reservation.

My AC went out on a Sunday and John came to check it out! He was very friendly, honest and helpful! I needed a new compressor and they set it up that same night! Victor and Juan (I hope I remembered that right) were nice and hard working! They installed the compressor diligently and professionally. So grateful for 1st Class being open on a Sunday and grateful for the guys that worked in this blistering heat! Thank you!!

As usual for 1st Class Heat & Air the serviceman was neat and did his job quickly and quietly. He put forth extra efforts to look at a minor misbehavior and resolve it. I have used their services for about two years now and I feel that I receive courteous and capable service on each visit. The office personnel are quick to resolve appointments and are very courteous and friendly.

Customer support is great, they understand the problem quickly and they always have a technician available. I had several issues with the air conditioning units in my art studio during summer. Some of the ACs couldn't blow cold air, one of them coudln't be turned on and the one in my office was working just okay and suddenly was off without reason. I called 1st class and they send few technicians to my place. They were able to spot the problem immediately. They fixed it in few hours and since then everything works great.

1st Class Heat and Air truly lives up to its name. John cleaned and repaired my AC drain and corrected other issues made by another company while explaining everything prior to taking action. He explained how my system is connected, how to maintain it, and when I had another question, he came out to ensure all was well. This company is OUTSTANDING. I appreciate the same day service, honest assessment and affordable prices. TEN STARS ....and for me it’s hard to achieve. I am very hard to please.

Our AC Unit (is an older unit) was not cooling, and broke down at night, and I messaged 1st Class Heat & Air, and they arrived the next day in the morning, and fixed the AC in no time. And the repair man did an excellent job of educating us on the equipment and making sure we understood the problem, and answered all the questions we had. The timely manner of the technician being out at our location and fixing the unit within the hour in this TX heat, was a life save.

John was a total pro and amazing to boot. I called late afternoon and they were able to get John out here right away. So I appreciate that and they are very affordable too!! Thanks again guys.

My AC was blowing hot air and the compressor was not coming on. I call about 9:30 am and Wes came out about 2:00 pm on a Saturday. He spent about an hour working on my system and replaced a few parts. He was very professional and did an awesome job. My AC has been fixed and I am one happy customer. One of the things that I really liked about this company is they replace parts instead of automatically saying the system is broke and you have to buy a new one. I will recommend 1st Class Heat and Air to all my friends. Thank you Wes!!

Was out here because of some business, and heat was a killer out here. I was given a building for a few months to work in, and the heat broke in. The air in my building had shut down, and nothing was working how we wanted. That's when I called, and Hollie was able to help. Hollie was one of the office staff that was there working, and helped me throughout the entire process of how we were going to work together, and their services.

I was later able to see how their services were really top notch quality. Their high quality parts : and their truly motivated workers. I had Rocky, who was extremely helpful and nice towards my family, working efficiently and having a bright smile on his face.

I just want to say thank you to the entire business, for great service quality and great staff to work with. Will recommend and work with again if we have problems!
