March 12, I had an indoor air conditioning unit installed. Now, the air conditioner is not working after being repaired and reviewed other times.
On August 10, 2017, I placed a service call to 1st class Heat & Air. I was charged 39.90. The air conditioner was not cooling the house. The technician stated that it was nothing wrong with the air conditioning system. He briefly inspected the outside and inside system in the attic.

On March 12, 2018, the air conditioning unit stopped working again (the air conditioner was not ran since August). I called the company again for another check. That day, Wes noticed it was out of freon, and found a leak in the attic. He stated the indoor attic unit needed to be replaced due to burned out coils. Once again, he never fully inspected the outside unit.

I decided to purchase the unit for the attic. It was installed on March 14, 2018 for $3,250.

On March 30, the air conditioning system stopped working again. I called the company, and they sent out a different technician. THIS TIME, the technician FULLY inspected the outdoor unit and noticed the air compressor was broken.

The company stated they would sent the original technician the next day to review the system. Now, Wes stated the remaining portion needed to be replaced for an ADDITIONAL 3,200!!

Sadly, they either misdiagnosed or did not try to make adjustments to the older system to make it compatible to the new system. Avoid this company if you don't want to spend a huge amount of money.

AWESOME! My first call was to Anumber1 Air that said they could send someone over at 1 am. Seriously. I appreciate that they are available 24/7...but really? No. I found 1st Class Heat & Air and knew it was going to be a good experience from the beginning. The friendly tech was at the house within a couple of hours and not only fixed the issue but walked us through the steps to prevent it from happening again. They have my business for life.

1st Class Heat & Air are my go to company for my HVAC System.
When I needed replacement during the hottest part of last summer, they came and installed my new system immediately. They worked late into the night until the installation was complete. They now send a tech out twice a year for a general check of the system and of course will come out when called. I am extremely please with their attitude toward me, the customer, and not only their professionalism, but the same attitude and professionalism of the tech who checks my unit and answers all my questions. I would highly recommend you this company as a 1st choice for your HVAC needs. I know you will be pleasantly surprised.

I met John a couple of years ago in the middle of July in Texas when my unit died. He'd been telling me for a while that I really should replace it but I didn't listen. It was a Saturday and 97 degrees in my house. I have 3 dogs so it was an emergency. Long story short he had my new unit in and working by 11:00 pm that night. Quality job, reasonable price and lowered my electrical bill. Wouldn't pick anyone else to service my home's AC/Heat.

Excellent and honest service. Furnace blower quit in a Friday afternoon with 100 degree temp. They offered to come that evening by i opted for Saturday morning. Expecting a new Blower, Charles was honest and replaced the Capacitor. Very reasonable. Highly recommend

we called the company, they were extremely nice. The guys came out and were kind, prompt, and professional. The price was very reasonable.! The guys fixed the problem right away and took there time to explain what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix it! I will no

Complete thieves. BEWARE!!! He showed up in 45 minutes and said He wasn't a salesman but this thing is 12 years old. Your motor is bad and your capacitor is bad. My motor is 725.00 and the capacitor is 221.00. I said wow I got a capacitor before and it was like a 120.00. Then he says that most likely the compressor is bad and you are getting to over 2000.00 and what do you want to spend on an old unit. I said thanks and give me your ticket. He was here less than 30 minutes and I got the great 39.00 service call fee and a 59.00 diagnosis fee. I went to a place in Garland and got parts (108.96) and installed myself in one hour with very good instructions from the parts house. Not sure if fan motor and capacitor were both bad but I got both for that price and it is blowing cold now.
