Scott visited our house X-Mas eve. He was informative, efficient, and friendly. Our heating unit stopped working and the house was very cold. Scott found a malfunctioning heater fan. He was able to restart the heating unit and will place an order for a repair part. Scott's work and receptive attitude was very much appreciated, and my wife and I highly recommend him. Scotty Frost did a great job brazing the high pressure line with high pressure switch on it. I do some brazing but he did it much better than I ever had. The guy has talent! Very friendly.

Jimmy did a great job! I explained some concerns I had with AC unit and he checked all my concerns. He explained everything in terms I plainly understood. Nothing wrong with AC unit. I learned that in order to get the right flow of air, I need to keep bedroom door open and close for privacy once it cools/heats.

Scotty and Cody came out to my house for my HVAC maintenance. They both walked me through the process of what they were checking, and were very helpful in helping me to understand. Glad to have signed up for their maintenance membership.

The crews working at Joplin are excellent. Edgar and his guys installed a new HVAC system for our downstairs and in doing so completely transformed the ducting. They didn't complain but I knew it was one of their harder and more arduous jobs. I'd recommend Edgar and Joplin to anyone in the area whi needs HVAC work. Thanks!
