I have hired several different HVAC contractors since our home purchase 8 years ago. Bill Joplin's Air Conditioning & Heating stands out. We recently had an issue with our furnace not cooling. Their technician, Jason Ballard, was professional, very detailed, and explained everything to me as he analyzed the problem. I highly recommend Joplin and Jason.

We have been using Bill Joplin’s Air Conditioning and Heating since 2009.
Why, you may ask, did we keep them as our “Go To” HVAC service provider? The reasons are simple.
They are locally owned and have been in business since 1978. Not a franchise of a larger network.
Fully Staffed… Bill Joplin’s employs a large staff of highly trained, qualified, and experienced technicians who specialize in every form of HVAC installation and maintenance needs.
Trust… Bill Joplin’s has always maintained my equipment without trying to sell me on replace my HVAC units when a simple repair could maintain them for a few more years. I know that from experience in working with other service companies of various disciplines, without a doubt, more than half of them tried to sell me something I didn’t need rather than to simply do the basic needed repair.
Consideration… When you call to make an appointment, if you have any unusual or specific needs you may have regarding the type of service you require. They will schedule a qualified staff technician who can specifically address your needs. They also will send a text as a reminder of the appointment and ask for your confirmation of your appointment.
Timing and Personal Safety … Do you open the door for just anyone who may pose as a service tech? When you schedule an appointment Bill Joplin’s will text you in advance that the technician is on their way. Additionally, the text will also contain the name as well as a picture of the person you can expect to show up at your door.
Our Personal Experience – We moved into our house in 2013. At the time our upstairs and downstairs units were not new, and we realized they would eventually need to be replaced. The unit servicing the upstairs finally went out. We knew both units were past their expected average life span. We also had a Mini-Split unit in one room which recently stopped working prior to this event.
We called Bill Joplin’s and scheduled an appointment and outlined our needs. They sent out Scotty Frost, an experienced specialist in both Mini Split and general HVAC service and repair. After a thorough inspection, Scotty advised it was time to replace the mini split as well as the upstairs unit. I knew that I would have to eventually replace the downstairs unit, so I chose to take care of the entire system.
Positive Results… Joplin’s scheduled their technician Edgar Leon and his team to install our new systems. They presented themselves in a very professional and courteous manner and in less than three days removed and replaced our HVAC and Mini Split units. They also thoroughly cleaned up and vacuumed before they left.

Follow-up…In an even more professional manner a couple of days after the completion of the installations, Joplin’s sent out their Manager Gabe Hall to thoroughly inspect and approve the installation of our new units.
This is a prime example why Joplin’s is our “Go To” HVAC service provider!
