We have been using Bill Joplin for our home’s AC and heating system maintenance for over 24 years. They also installed the new HVAC system to replace the original one that lasted about 22 years. Scotty Frost did our preventative maintenance check and was very courteous and professional. We were very pleased with the service Scotty Frost provided to us.

Making the appointment was easy and they texted me updates, which makes things so convenient. I liked that I was able to see a picture of my technician prior to his arrival. Rodney arrived on time and was very professional, courteous, and thorough.
Rodney served our country in the Marines and I prefer using companies that hire military veterans.

The air conditioning unit was checked both in attic & outside. Air filter was replaced. Serviceman even vacuumed up insulation that fell onto my closet floor from attic. Serviceman was friendly & courteous & took care of business.

Jesus Gomez, assisted by Jose, Rich & one more crewman did a nice job on our HVAC replacement, with careful cleanup afterwards. We had a scheduled arrival window of 8-12 but learned they had a pre planned morning staff meeting & arrived after 10. Still in the window, but why tie up the customer when you knew you couldn’t make it until after 10?

Richard was super helpful. He helped me program both thermostats, inspected everything, checked levels, etc. He has a great attitude too. Much appreciated!! Very professional.

Been using them for 6 years now. When I bought my house they redid my duct work as it was bad and had a 3 thermostat system with 2 units. They fixed it all and have maintained it perfectly. Just had William U service my units today and saved me an outage in the peak summer heat. Thanks.
EDIT: That was prior review that I need to fix. They did service my unit and then my AC still went out. Ok, stuff happens, so I tried to get them out to look at unit and give me a replacement estimate and install. They didn't respond for over a WEEK. If this is how you treat a loyal customer that has used you for 6 years who has been on a bi-yearly maintenance plan with you!!!!!! I had 2 other AC guys come out same day and I had a new unit installed 2 days later. Joplin's hadn't even replied to my 2 or 3 requests.

I will be more than happy to change this review but for the moment, it has been over 2 weeks since I’ve walked my new construction and noted significant airflow issues and thermostat locations that do not work well for how the house is built. I have had to delay closing on the house while waiting for this issue to be dealt with. I have seen my builder call and call without anyone response from Joplin AC. This is extremely disappointing for a house I was hoping to move in to next week.
Edit: although the initial response was less than ideal, the subsequent response and work has been greatly improved. We are still working on a solution but I am now more hopeful it will get done. Thank you.

We signed up for their Preventative Maintenance program, and we're glad we did. Couple of things found last year, and now Mike Gallion found and fixed 2 disconnected vent pipes. Much better knowing now than finding out the hard way. Good job Mike!
