Bill Joplin's Air Conditioning & Heating

I would highly recommend Bill Joplin for your A/C servicing. I had my power supply knocked out probably because of the storm and my A/C was out. Lemuel Hernandez was the technician who was sent by Bill Joplin and he was so courteous, friendly and explained the working of my unit making sure I understood what and how it was fixed. I would definitely be a repeat customer and I would ask for Lemuel in the future as well.

Joplin’s has always taken great care of us for over 20 years. Today was fantastic as our AC went out over Father’s Day weekend. They came to our rescue within two hours of our call and solved our problem in an hour. In this heat & humidity, on a holiday and on a Sunday. We love Joplin’s!

I have a unit that is nine years old and still under manufacturers warranty, Joplin didn't install the the unit, but Joplin went out and got the parts needed for repair. All that I paid for was the labor and freon for the repair. Joplin's got the parts on Monday and came out Tuesday and did the repair. Jonathan the tech was able to answer any and all questions that I had. When this unit dies Joplin's will be getting my business for a new one.

Amazing service and communication! They were very professional and courteous over the phone with scheduling. Robert was our Lead Technician and he was the greatest! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Robert cleared up many questions about our units and taught us some valuable and cost saving measures. He summarized everything at the end and all was left clean. Thank you Robert!

He did a good job inspecting units, changed filters, and cleaned condenser units outside. Well pleased. Just one issue I had. He forgot to turn light off in attic and close attic stairs in the garage. No big deal.

I highly recommend Joplin's for their services, as we've had nothing but an amazing experience with them. Both William U. & Robert P. came out this week for service on the AC, and they were beyond polite and professional. They easily described the issue and exactly what they worked on to get our AC running again. 10/10 team at Joplin's.
