Darryl Penn from Burnside A/C & Heating was hard-working, so friendly, and very professional. He worked incredibly hard for us, spending hours in the attic inspecting our system when it was 100 degrees outside, all the while making sure everything was fixed in a timely manner. He has made me and my family customers for life. Because of my experience with Darryl, I know that Burnside is a company I can trust. I will be requesting him anytime we need help with our A/C and heating systems! Thank you Darryl😇🙏!!

We had a fan motor die on us during one of the hottest times of the year, and on a weekend no less. I called Burnside late on Sunday and left a message. They got back to me first thing the next morning and had a technician out that day to diagnose the issue and repair it on the spot. They kept me updated throughout the day so I'd know when to expect the technician to arrive. We have an older system (12+ years), so these types of breakdowns are expected from time to time, but I feel I can trust Burnside to keep it running as long as possible before it needs to be replaced.

I could not recommend this company more! Very competitive pricing and awesome customer service. Our technician Nick was fantastic and did a great job walking us through the work needed without high pressure sales pitches. He explained everything well, took pictures to support the work needed, and provided a thorough health report for our units.

Burnside always provides excellent service, and this time was no exception. Our technician, Darryl, was simply fantastic. He was respectful, friendly, even funny (made us laugh!), professional, and knowledgeable. We are thankful he was assigned as our technician and happy to continue with Burnside for all our HVAC needs.

Nick Dashiell was professional and competent in every manner. He was determined to find the problem causing the AC to stop working. He checked out all the possible causes and fixed the problem. Burnside has been there quickly every time we have needed them. They send well trained, trustworthy people that my wife always feels safe having in our home. We had many problems with our system that occurred before Burnside was involved, and they worked through them finally bringing our system up to their standards. They will be installing a new system this week at a very fair price. Glad to finally get rid of the old system that gave them and us so much trouble.

Each and every experience I have had with Burnside has been tops in my book. After my AC went out, I quickly called and was offered an appointment within twenty-four hours. My technician, Colemon Lynch, arrived on time and quickly analyzed the issue and explained in simple terms what needed to occur. He stayed until after dark to make sure I had a cool house.
