Called Artic Air and Chris came out the same day. Diagnosed the problem and had to order parts. Melanie arranged for install with Chris and came out the same day the motor and fan came in. Melanie was very polite and professional. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Artic Air. Will call again if needed! My HVAC system was 20+ years old and went out at the end of January. They had someone out there the next day to install a new system and even patched up a few related items that needed work. Great company to deal with.

They are always there when we need them. Never have to wait very long for a service call. Shane is the best!

They are horrible. bought a new air conditioning unit and system continually leaked around the coils up in the attic, had ceiling damage, had other issues with property damage. and they would not take any responsibility at all. I had to call another heating and air company to come in and fix the problem, and fix the ceiling on my own. Take my advice and stay as far away from these folks as you can, plenty of other choices in Lubbock.

Stay away, bad business, this company tried to sell me a whole new ac unit when my coil was leaking and told me my home warranty refused the basic repair which was a lie. Their estimate after the home warrenty company made them quote the repair was the highest. I Had 4 other company's quote the work and without the warrenty the 4 other companies were cheaper.

I know the owner personally and have entrusted Arctic air with my business for a long time. After reading a couple of the ugly reviews I decided to put in my two cents...I had the opportunity to visit with the owner and some of these comments are completely inaccurate... especially with regard to his being racist. I am Hispanic and female and I have found him to be nothing less than a complete gentleman each and every time I have spoken with him.

Shane was a great technician! He got the heater working in no time. He was professional and treated my property like it was his own. I really appreciate his attention to detail.

Mike explained to me how old my system was and how much he could save me with one of the new platinum series high efficiency systems. I have been amazed with my utility savings. atleast 30% less in electricity and they balanced my duct work so I get better airflow than we have since we built the home 15 years ago.
