My heater went out and although it could be repaired the unit was from 1988 so we decided to replace it and the AC unit as well as it was almost 15 years old and not in the best shape. Arctic Air showed me options and helped with financing. I have found my permanent HVAC company for sure! Prompt and professional at all times, along with punctual.

Arctic air came over on a Saturday when our air conditioning in the house failed. Not only that, but the service was contacted through our home warranty. The gentleman that came over was courteous and professional and quickly solved our problem.

Usually never do this. Called for an appointment one week ago. Finally took a phone call to get a time they would arrive. Had my secretary come in early, they showed up late. Once tech arrived, he asked secretary what problem was.
From that point forward, Tech never said a word. Ultimately I went to see how it was going and found he was gone. Again, not a word. Waited 2 hours thinking he would be back. Finally I called and told their secretary what happened. She could not of cared less. Told her to cancel the service and she said “no problem”. If my employees had this attitude I would fire them.
I understand this time of year is hectic for AC companies, but if you don’t want the business.. just tell me. Someone else will. I proved that by calling another company, who scheduled an appointment tomorrow.

The office staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Melanie and Stacy worked to help me resolve a warranty issue. Melanie went the extra mile to email me copies of the warranty. I will be using Arctic Air from now on.

Shane, the tech for Arctic Air got to the house at the time they said he would. He looked at the problem, went to his truck and actually had the replacement part!! He cleaned up after he finished the repair and offer some tips to keep it from happening again. And special thanks to Melonie for juggling the schedule to get Shane the time to come by and repair this major issue. Great company!!
