Anyone contemplating air/furnace repair Artic Air is the company to contact. My AC needed repairs. Melonie was professional and straight forward. She was very patient with all my questions. The gentleman repaired my AC was conscientious and respectful of my home. From my phone call with Melonie to the completion of the repairs I give a 5 star rating. Heater was constantly running, Arctic Air was assigned thru my home warranty service and inspected, diagnosed and informed me of my options for repair using my home warranty service. Removed my old heat pump and installed a new heat pump unit. Fast and efficient service to fix my heating issue.

I just want to say Artic Air has been serving my unit for years. I appreciate Slyvia for working me in so quickly after getting my ticket order. The guys come and evaluate what the issue is. If they have the part on their truck. The get me up and going. If they don't have the part it only take a day to get it and come back out to finish the job. Wonderful service! Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and then replaced our thermostat. Even adjusted the dampers on our vents to help us manage the temperature in a room at the far end of the house. Thank you!
