Every member of the Turner and Witt team was polite and eager to help. The technician did a great job fixing the leak under our sink and replacing our disposal. The rotten egg/sewer smell is gone.

I used turner & witt plumbing and they were outstanding. Very responsive when I called and made an appointment, we’re able to get to my leak in a timely manner and charged me a fair amount for the work. Staff was friendly from when I called all the way to the tech that completed the job. Will highly recommend them to all family and friends.

We had a blocked sewer line which Neal and Taylor Turner tried to clear but correctly identified the problem as in the city's portion of the line. Their charge was quite reasonable. The city workers came out quickly and unblocked their line. But two toilets developed leaks around the base. Taylor came back out to fix the "repair" that a friend had tried unsuccessfully to make. He efficiently fixed what could have been very costly repair. His charge was very fair again considering the time and work involved. Very satisfied!

AC decided to die on a Friday afternoon JUST before record heat hit LBB that Saturday AND my in-laws were arriving in town for the weekend because of COURSE! Why wouldn't it die then?! :-)

Called Turner & Witt late on a Friday and their receptionist answered the call and was friendly and kind (despite it being after 5pm). She was also up-front and direct about the extra cost associated with weekend calls--which I really appreciated. We decided to gut out the heat and call again on Monday. D and Joel arrived on time, figured out that the motor on the unit was dying and had it fixed in under 2hrs for under $250 parts/labor.

D and Joel were both incredibly professional and kind as they chatted with me and my partner as they diagnosed the issue with our unit.

Would absolutely do business with Turner & Witt again--though I do hope the timing on any future AC failure is better!

I can't thank Turner & Witt enough for always making us a priority! We came in today & our air conditioner was out at the office. The Texas heat is hot in June. They got here quickly & repaired in 10 mins. Thank you for taking care of us!

I'm very happy with the service they provided. A previous company came out to inspect our unit when we thought it wasn't working. They were quick to tell us our whole AC system needed to be replaced and quoted us for a unit wayyy overpriced. Luckily we called Turner and Witt. They came out, thoroughly inspected the inside and outside units and found NOTHING wrong. Our AC worked fine, it just simply couldn't keep up likely from our poor insulation in the house and it's slightly undersized. They gave us good advice and did not try to sell anything! These are honest folks, reasonably priced and I will definitely call them again for future services. Thank you Turner and Witt for your expertise and honest customer service!

This is the second time I have called this service. First time was to fix a leaky faucet. They not only fixed the Outside leaky faucet but installed a kitchen faucet in under an hour. This last time was to install a whole house water filter. Great job and more than fare prices.

We called for someone to look at our A/C on a Wednesday and was told the soonest time would be Friday morning at 930am. At 1045am 2 plumbers showed up that weren't able to diagnose anything thinking we had a plumbing problem. They made a phone call and said someone was on their way. 3 hours later no one had shown up, we called back around 145 and the lady said she was sending someone which NEVER happened! Don't bother with this company.

Service team was great but the receptionist Karen Turner was awful! She does not display great customer service. I received a call back for an appointment time to be scheduled. She relayed to me that they could be there first thing in the morning at 9. I told her that that would be fine as long as they were here right at 9 so that someone would be home in order to avoid scheduling conflicts with work. She then asked me "how can you ask someone to be there right at a certain time?" I kindly asked to her to not take what I was about to say offensive and the proceeded to explain to her that if a company or business schedule's an appointment then I would hope and expect them to honor it she then got upset and tried to play down the situation. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and he was not there. I then proceeded to get her bosses name and number and she informed me of the bosses name and then rudely imformed me her name and went on to say that she was the mother of the boss. Whether or not an individual is related to the boss that does not give them the right to belittle and treat others rudely and I will not be giving a company that encourages this behavior my business.
