    In our experience with Texas weather, the inconsistency of temperature can cause our heating system to be on the fritz. Because of the consistency and knowledge of Chris Bailey, our heating system was up and running again immediately. Chris kept us informed throughout the process and when he had to return through no fault of his own, was able to further troubleshoot the issue and completely repaired the unit. During the time of waiting fir parts, the company called us to see how we were doing. We were impressed. He was down to earth and had a personable demeanor. We recommend Chris Bailey to anyone in need of AC/HEAT unit repair.

    Great Company!!! It all started with the phone call. The female customer service rep is very knowledgeable over the phone. Very Descriptive about there service and what they offer. Tanner came out the very next day to service my central heating and air. He did his duties and also gave me a little knowledge about my house and where things are located and what to look for in the future. I believe I just found my ac/heat company, Ellis Air.

    I had a positive experience getting a new unit installed by Ellis Air. Chris and Mason worked with us to give us a very competitive price on a 16 SEER unit. These folks are very professional, Chris always answered my phone calls or Mr. Mason my emails when I had questions and Chris came to our house to make sure the unit was installed correctly.     Ellis was the way to go! I was very pleased after they installed my new Goodman, 15 Seer, 5 Ton heat pump. Their people did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing they new unit in about 6 hours. The price quote was fair, and much lower than any of their competitors, and still lower when they applied a military discount. They were professional, in every sense of the word. They answered all of our questions, and explained the operation of the thermostat completely. I would recommend them to anyone.

    I have had 2 other a/c companies here and have been told to just get a new unit.
    I called Ellis and in 10 minutes fixed the problem.

    I have 2 UV units which Ellis Installed when we closed on our house in 2018. My coil UV light went out in early spring and due to COVID supplies were on back order. In September my coil uv light finally came in and it was installed. I had asked in the early spring for the duct uv light to be ordered as well because both bulbs were 1 year and when the coil went out the other was sure to go soon.
    In November David R. came out and there was a communication error and the coil unit bulb was replaced by accident which had just been done in the month prior. I didn't stress over it because now I have a brand new back up bulb for the Coil for later down the road, but wanted that duct bulb. David said he would let the office know and they would get back to me.
    After a few weeks I called and luckily they had the duct bulb which I needed in stock and they could send someone out the same day to install it. To my luck it was David R. again.
    David called me with his ETA and also asked if anyone from the office had called me about the price of the bulb. I stated no and figured it was another uv bulb and it couldn't cost that much more than the coil unit. Well he told me that it was going to be 375.00 for the bulb. I told him I need the unit either way and I would call the office. So I called and spoke with Mario.
    Mario is the Office Manager and was super nice on the phone. I told him what the tech had informed me and he stated that the duct bulb was a little more than the coils but there seemed to be an error in price. Mario told me that the 375 was too much and it was going to be lower. Even better was they weren't going to be charging me for the service call because they did not have the unit in stock originally when they came out to change the coil unit and since I wanted both changed at the same time and they couldn't they waived the fee.
    Both times David R. was amazing. Very professional and explained everything to my wife who was home both visits. Thank you very much to David R., Office staff, and Mario the Office Manager for taking care of My family. Highly recommend these folks A+ all the way!!!! Kerry Haggard - Belton, TX

    As a Property Manager in the Ft. Hood Area, I have been through my fair share of different A/C companies servicing our rental properties. Hands down Ellis Air has provided the best service out of them all! I cant say enough about the quality of the customer service they provide for us and for our tenants. Over the past 10 years I have had the pleasure of working with Preston, Mason, Chris Bailey, Mario and the rest of the staff there and they are all great at what they do! I would recommend any property manager looking for a reliable A/C company to give Ellis Air a call.

    Ellis Air has came to my home on 2 different occasions for 2 different units. They arrived quickly, found the problem quickly & repaired it quickly. The service rep even checked the previous unit they serviced to make sure it was holding the freon and blew away the grass that had accumulated in the units. Very satisfied with their service.

    If you need A/C work done, call Ellis Air and specifically request that Bart is assigned to your service call. Bart is professional, prompt, thorough and an all around joy just have a conversation with. I'm thankful to have my A/C working properly and grateful to have had the opportunity to meet such a knowledgeable, kind and professional individual as Bart.

    They installed my Goodman system in my new home ,only question is I see no plugs indicating that a static test was done and return box not framed out completely.
