My wife was here when tech arrived. I was displeased with the wiring. It just didn’t look professionally done. Also the pricing for parts in our opinion was too high. We had other professionals assess the job and found out that we only needed 2 Lbs of Freon than the 5 Lbs that Airserve wanted to charge us for.

I appreciate the quick response. The people who have come in were nice and respectful, but were quick to recommend a new system for me instead of a thorough troubleshoot. I was able to get another opinion on our unit, and was able to clear out a pipe using a shop vac which fixed the problem. We are no longer having issues, but feel that time and money were wasted here.

Owen was an awesome technician. He was very thorough with what he did and explained everything that was wrong. He also got me to sign up for the membership! I couldn't trust someone else with it, but they did superb.
