2nd Update: Once again, Aire Serv came in a clutch time. Condensation drain was clogged and called on a Friday at 3:30 pm. They worked me in and had a technician come over at 5:15 pm and fixed the problem so I wouldn't have to wait till next day or even Monday. This company will bend over backwards to help you even in a pinch. Highly recommend!!

I had two issues. One was an upstairs unit where the fan would not come on. They found the problem in just a few minutes and fixed it.

The other problem I had was with a heat pump that would not heat. I had waited weeks for another ac service to get the part but they delayed so much that I asked Aire Serv to verify the problem, order the part and install it. They were able to get the part within a few days. The heating seems to be functioning properly now but the real test will be the next time we plunge into the 20s

The capacitor in our compressor had gone out. It was very miserable in the house. I had called and gotten an answering service. There was some kind of miscommunication between the company and me and it took an hour to get a call back. They apologized about the wait and put us next on the list to have someone come out. Chris answered the call. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and what could be done to fix the problem. The problem is fixed and we are cool once again.

The quality of service you’ll receive is in the name!! Air SERV! If you are looking to get top of the line service and technicians you shouldn’t call anyone but Air Serv. Recently had AC issues and they responded within hours. This is a company that provides top of the line service, not just the quick fix like some other companies I’ve dealt with. Any future HVAC needs I will call Air Serv!

Great experience dealing with this company. I just moved in my home three months ago and the AC went out. I had no problem scheduling an appointment with them, and Chris Uresti came out on time and immediately fixed the problem. I appreciate it.
