A/C went out Christmas Day and unfortunately for us it was a hot one this year. We decided to send out a request for a technician to check it out Monday instead of paying for an after hours tech. Went to their website and requested a tech for that following Monday. Come Monday no response so my husband requested an appointment from their website. Same thing. Tuesday I called the number listed on the website and spoke to a CSR that apologized and guaranteed one of their techs would be out to my house that following afternoon. Spoiler alert no one showed up. It was too dang hot to keep waiting on them so I called Ellis Air and they came out that next morning. Now I'm receiving multiple marketing emails daily from Aire Serv
Paid for an AP plan which entails them coming out for fall and spring tune up. I've gotten a letter from them stating they have tried to reach me via phone. Even though I have not received a call from them. I have called them 3 different times to get someone to come out for our tune ups and to actually diagnose another issue we have been having with our 2nd unit(not emergent but still should be taken care of). Everytime I call, the person on the phone is very rude. Cuts me off. Never let's me describe what's going on and just asks for my info and tells me someone will call back and get back to me.
I called today and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly rude...in the middle of me talking he would cut me off. Kept essentially saying this wasn't his problem because this is the after hours number and they aren't open on weekends only for emergencies. Not a good look to just brush a customer off and give no reassurance that the issue would be cared for.
Had great service when they initially came out and repaired our unit but now it seems since we paid for a service plan they no longer care. Not sure if it's their after hours people who are incredibly rude on the phone or the actual people that work for the killeen location. Seems like the call board but that doesn't explain why I've left 3 different messages over 2 months and I've gotten no response.
I used to work for and am close friends with the owner and manager of the Dallas Aire Serv. So I am aware of the standards that are put in place and this is not it.
If I don't hear from them in the next week, I'll be speaking with my bank to receive my money back for the AP plan, since I have not received services that I have paid for. I honestly feel scammed.

**Manager called within a few hours to reach out. Said she would check the recordings and got me scheduled. Owner called 3 or 4 days later to touch base and clarification on their answering service. Both owner and manager gave their cell #s for us to reach out directly. Company itself is great. Answering service has a delay as if making overseas call. Both people were helpful and willing to resolve and go over everything. Techs were polite as always when they came out. Seems like since we had communication issues we only got 1 tune up out of the 2 and it's expired. Unsure on if we can still get that 2nd one since we never could get through initially. Looks like they had a phone # on file that wasn't associated with the account. Will follow up with them on that later. Overall feeling much better about my experience.**
I had a new AC system installed by Aire Surv. Not only where they able to install the system a day earlier than agreed but the technicians are respectful, very knowledgeable, and did an all around awesome job. They answered every question I had and explained in detail what the pros and cons of a new versus old system would have been.I can only recommend this company and will use them again when the need arises. You can never go wrong by supporting our local businesses...
I've done business with Aire Serv for years. They come twice a year for maintenance checks, find little problems before they become big problems during the wrong time of year and keep our system running beautifully. The people are great, professional, courteous, and always prompt. They make sure I get reminders of appointments by phone or email to keep me posted on their arrival time. I will continue to do business with them and I recommend them highly.
Everyone in this company are very professional and friendly. They kept me informed of the progress of the equipment that I needed for them to complete the task. They were very concerned about our comfort while waiting for the parts and they were concerned about the comfort of other customers. The technician that came out to compete the repairs was very professional snd willing to ecplain things to me. I felt very comfortable having him work on my A/C system.
Brandon was very efficient and professional. He serviced three units. A part was replaced on one unit and the other two were checked out. The service charge and part replacement was very reasonable. I had a good experience with this company. My units are all running very well.... keeping the house cool. Thank you Brandon!
I'm very satisfied and happy with their service. This was my first time using AireServ of Killeen. They responded to my ac problem the same day I called. This was on a Friday. The service I usually use, couldn't service my ac until Tuesday of the next week and was charging double the service rate fee. AireServ took care of my ac issues, the technician (Mr. Pete), was friendly and professional. He detached my ac problem, made the repairs, my ac is running fine now and the bill price was very reasonable. Yes, I will recommend and use their services for my future ac needs.
