We moved into a foreclosed home, soon after the home's air conditioner started to fail. These guys came out, and were straight forward and very curtious. We found out that the old unit was too small for the two story home. We were given options from what we could repair to patch things up(lowest cost) to the recommended replacement of the unit. We asks Chris (owner) to replace the unit. We have never had an issue with the service. Anytime we had a question on anything(how do I work the thermostat?)(How does this second stage work?) Chris personally addressed our concerns. This company goes far beyond the normal service agreements you find on the market. All you have to do is call. I recommend this company to everyone who asks for a good a/c repair service.

I paid an $89 service fee. Tech told me I needed 4 pounds of freon and would cost $60 a pound plus labor which he said would cost a total of over $400. He said the system had a leak and I could contact the company that installed my system to get that checked out. The tech never went and looked at the inside part of the ac or anything. Why would I spend that much in freon to have it leak out? I declined the freon. After he left, I did a search online and found information on shop vacuuming the drain line. I followed the instructions and my ac has been working great since.

I had them install 3 entire units at 3 different location. I even had 3 other units installed from recommendations I made. I signed up for the maintenance program as well. I haven't had anyone check my units in months. I call and call and leave messages. I can't get anyone to return my calls. This business is HORRIBLE. Stay Away!!!

DON'T use this company if you require someone to get back with you. I wrote this after just one dealing with this business. I should have waited and used them a few times. I called them within thier business hours 3 times but never received a call back from them. I ended up spending much more because of having to call another company to fix my AC issue @ emergency call prices. This company had the gall to say, "Sir we don't see how we costs you any money." Below is my original review..... Being a landlord I deal with a fair amount of smallish service business. With Aire Serv I'm able to call and forget about it till the end of the day.

Love how they take pics of the parts involved. They also have a video showing what needs to be replaced, etc. great to share with family who cant’t be there. Detailed invoice. Awesome experience.

Do not use this company. They were quick to come out and determine that our previous unit was a total loss and have their rep come out and sell us a new one for $7600. By the way, the majority of that is installation costs. They financed us but kept missing appointments made by the office manager herself to come out for us to sign paperwork with her over a period of 2 days. That meant that twice my husband had to find coverage at the hospital and leave work to wait around for her not to show up before she finally sent a technician to get it all signed. Three technicians installed the unit the same day but here's where the story really earned the 1 Star rating over a period of a few months. They unit was installed incorrectly which caused it to flood out the crawl space under the unit, which then caused damage to our insulation, drywall, carpet and padding, and baseboards. $2100 deductible with our insurance company. We had to call their number twice because the first technician didnt show. That was set up through their call center so we let that slide. A few weeks later we notice that the unit is only blowing hot air. Getting a technician out was nearly impossible and after the facility manager argued with us about his technician following protocol by not ringing the doorbell, knocking instead and leaving because it was so loud inside (we have kids) he assumed we weren't home. Because that's how knocking works (insert facepalm emoji here). Again, faulty installation was to blame which caused the coolant to leak out. A few days later, the unit started blowing cold and warm air intermittently. Another technician came out and fixed that for us. That was the only visit done right. Then, in April of 2019, a year after we started dealing with the A.C. company from hell, we received an email from the same office manager that kept blowing us off telling us we were entitled to "free" maintenance visits a couple times a year for a few years. Believe me, the visits I'm sure are factored into the ridiculous installation cost. We gave her our availability, she wrote us back about an appointment, the technician cancelled due to the weather saying we would be fit in later. It's been a month and I don't think that's actually going to happen. I've seen that the owner, (the same snarky guy that sold us the unit and argued about his tech following protocol) responds to some of these reviews. For anyone reading these reviews, this is what actually happened to us. Spanning the period of a few months and 5 different technicians, the same office manager and the same manager. One technician can be a fluke, but an entire staff's worth of mishaps is more than just coincidence. I haven't dealt with another company as of yet to recommend but use this company at your own risk and carry a deductible you can afford.
