Primo service but horrible follow up on new services being requested. return customers are as important if not more important than new ones, if a customer cannot depend on being hellped for a return issue then we won't contact others to contact you.

Don't waste your time. You have to wait on hold for someone to answer. Then give a bunch of details about yourself, and then someone "will call you back," which never happened. I had to call someone else that got the job done right away.

Carlos was very professional ,knowledgeable and had me up in running in no time!

The workers were prompt and courteous and they answered all my questions concerning the work being done. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.

AirServ has been the best ever since my initial AC issue over 3 yrs ago. Trust them to do it right and be honest with you at all times.
