Techs are great! Service was quick! Had questions after the fact regarding setup of new thermostat and they took the time to look up what I was installing and what wires I needed to worry about.

Ellis Air as a company is amazing. They are honest, reliable & reasonably priced. I will not ever use another company again. That being said, Chris Bailey (one of the employees at Ellis) HE is their shining star, that man is AMAZING. He is super nice, & super honest. As an Army wife my spouse is out of town a lot & I'm home on my own I HATE having workers in the house while he's gone it's very nerve wracking for me. I had ZERO qualms or issues or even doubts about Chris & his team in the house to fix my AC and replace the entire indoor system...I just love these guys.

02/2017 - Just had Chris Bailey and his team out for my rental house being remodeled. I WISH there were more than 5 stars available! I would give them twice as many in a split second! Always professional, courteous, reliable and stellar results in everything they are involved in.

My Air conditioner went out and Patrick came out and worked tirelessly until he figured out what was wrong. He had my air back up and running in no time. He was very professional and explained to me what was going on in a way I could understand. Communication was great. I’d recommend Ellis Air to anyone with heating or cooling issues !

Can not say enough about this company.
Was greeted with a friendly receptionist, was called before they headed my way so I didn't have to take the whole or even half day off from work. The tech came prepared with parts, in a company vehicle and wearing an Ellis Air Systems uniform. They diagnosed my problem with ease and expertise. The total repair was under $100 and the technician Chris T. explained everything to me (best of all he didn't talk over my head) I will recommend them to everyone I know. Great job Ellis Air, this is the way a company is supposed to be ran.

Before my work had called here we had called another company to come fix our a/c. They told us they'd be out the next day and never showed. We waited a bit before calling Ellis Air Systems to come out instead. I found them on google and they had great ratings, so I figured we'd give them a try. Not only did the tech from Ellis come out the next day on time, he was very polite and was quickly able to see what our problem was. They are very decently priced and my bosses were happy, and we will definitely be using Ellis Air Systems for any problems in the future.

The guys from Ellis Air just installed our new unit. I can't say enough about the professionalism the two gentlemen displayed while in our home. Jesse kept me informed about what he was doing and gave me the maintenance info after he was done. Extremely polite. ABSOLUTELY professional. If I needed another AC unit, I would call them again without hesitation. Thanks a bunch! Stay cool!

Our air handler was not operating correctly.
I called Ellis Air Systems early this morning. They were booked through the day, but would
be able to schedule an after hours appointment. Later in the evening the technician called to let me know he was on the way. He was polite and professional. I explained what the unit was doing. He then proceeded to diagnose the problem. It was discovered a motor was the cause of the problem which will be ordered. I was very happy how everything turned out. I highly recommend Ellis Air Systems for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Chris Bailey has been taking care of our unit for several years. My husband and I could not ask for a better person. He is professional, thorough , patient , wonderful personality.
