Ellis Air Systems

I was very happy with the service provided to me today. Mr. Crawford was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to fully explain what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He gave good advise on what I can do to help keep my equipment running smoothly. I am fully happy with Mr. Crawford and I am glad I went with Ellis Air System.

They are always very courteous and helpful. They explain what they are doing as they go while working on my air/heat system. December 1, 2017 my heater was breaking down to the point it was dangerous to run and they made it affordable for me to replace my complete system. By the next day they installed my new system and I was up and running right away. I have used Ellis for many years now and will continue to use them for all my air/heat systems needs.

Service was remarkable! Adam was responsive and was able to answer all of our questions and was able to set up an appointment that was Convenient for us. Although we fell short of communication and weren’t able to Meet the techs early and had to be rescheduled, they made sure we were straight and provided us with an alternative option while we waited for our unit to be installed. Adam arrived an hour before we were told to deliver a window unit for the meantime and assured us that we would be taken care of in no time. Rest assured techs were her bright and early, ready to work. The men explained the process and went over the procedures and went to work immediately. Although we had to work and run out while they were working, we came home and everything was ready to go! Cheers to the team, I would recommend them to anyone their service was not only great, the techs were friendly and remained professional throughout the whole process!

My family and I thank Mr. Chris Bailey of Ellis Air Systems for responding to our home after normal business hours after our AC quit working. Mr. Bailey who was very professional and polite, provided a fantastic service to our family!! He immediately determined where the problem was located and provided a solution to getting our AC service going within an hour of his arrival. I recommend Mr. Bailey and Ellis Air Systems for their great service!!!

Our air/heating unit was installed incorrectly. Ellis sent one of their best technicians to evaluate and propose a correction plan. The correction team was great easy to work with and kept us very informed as they worked. We are customers for life. Great job Ellis and thank you for a job well done.

Ellis Air Systems did a excellent job.My technician,, Chris Bailey, was able to rewire my HVAC system with remarkable speed and quality. Also, the customer service when I first called was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very disappointed in the quality of work for having my ducts cleaned. The technicians were great guys, good to conversate with, but that was the highlight of the service. My comparison is based off family who had it done with another company.
1. Their price is expensive for the quality of work. (I paid $45 per vent, parents paid $35)
2. I had to clean my house after from all the dust and piles of debris left by the technicians. (Parents technicians cleaned up behind themselves)
3. I have been dusting non-stop since the service as if all they did was loosen the stuff and not clean it out. (Parents didn't have to dust for a week because the vents were so well cleaned)
4. No visual representation of what was actually cleaned out; during or after. (Parents got to watch a live camera feed while they cleaned and see the final waste bin of debris)
5. Speculation, but their hose was maybe 20-30 feet long at max. My longest run is almost 80 feet. HIGHLY DOUBT they actually cleaned the entire run.
5. Ellis also performed an AC tune-up/inspection 2 days later and 3 times I was reminded on the "importance of the filter facing the right direction" when the Ellis cleaning crew was the last to remove and replace that filter and I even told the the tech, the first time, I'm aware and it wasn't me.

Sadly, I trusted the service when I had to pay at the end. Should have inspected first. Now I have to call and pay another company to come do it right.

5 STARS! There were issues after the first maintenance and the system went from working great to not working at all. I emailed them about 2 am explaining that the system went from working fine to not working. Jessica called me first thing in the morning and had a tech out early that morning. As a business owner myself, I expect any business to honor their work and to ensure the client is taken care of 100%, and that is what I got with Ellis. Thank you Jessica and Bart for taking care of the issue.

On 4/7/21 Adam Crawford installed a new warranty ac wrap for my Carrier AC. The old wrap was literally falling to pieces, possibly from the sprinklers hitting it. Adam was able to get the new wrap on warranty, saving us $2600.00. That was a tremendous blessing!

Adam replaced the wrap after cleaning up the unit and made sure it had a good vacuum before replacing the the cooling fluid. This was labor intensive and Adam did not rush it.

While this was taking place Adam installed a micro pure and uv light on the main unit for total home air purification.

Needless to say, we are more that pleased with the service. When Adam told me he treats every project as if it was being done on his home, that sold me.

From start to finish, my experience with each of the hard working technician crew members was wonderful. Great customer service, helpfulness, and knowledge. Thank you Ellis Air Systems for a complete new AC/Heat Pump system. I love it!
