Huge shout out to Ellis Air. At Peaceable Kingdom by Variety (nonprofit summer camp and retreat center serving kids with special needs) we've been using Ellis Air for several years. They never disappoint. Our most recent need is worth noting. The day prior to over 50 kids arriving for a long weekend retreat, our HVAC went out in one of our lodging areas. It's Texas, in Sept...we need AC. We called Ellis, not only were they out within a few hours, but they were able to replace the unit that day at their regular, reasonable price. Needless to say, our campers slept cool and comfortable all weekend. Thank you for your continued support and relationship Ellis Air. We love you!

Blake and Chris were amazing! We were on the verge of buying a new HVAC system when they came out to give a quote. Instead if trying to sell us something I didnt need, they fixed my unit for a great price! They were polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgable. Thank you so much again. Extremely unhelpful!! I booked an appointment with this company a week ago and patiently waited for my appointment. My system has been out for a week in this Texas heat! I even called and confirmed the appointment two days in advance to ensure they took my warranty! The appointment day comes and they state “they don’t have me in the system and maybe I booked with someone else!” I stated everything I was told (their 70 something dollar initial fee and billing of parts if needed). Even after the receptionist confirmed this was their process (so I’m not crazy), she wanted to book me for 5 days from now!! Absolutely not, so I can be “rescheduled” again! Advice: Use another company if you want efficient and timely service. Extremely disappointed!

Best AC repaire company around. My Air was not cooling They replaced my fan motor, and didn't fix the issue, another company wanted to charge me $800 dollars for another fan motor. I called Ellis back and spoke to the manager, he send out his senior technician and he was a bad fan motor, he replaced it and didn't have to pay anything else. The Manger, technician and ladies answering the phone all excellent, respectful and very professional, I will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs. Strongly recommend

Please read to the end! Well, had a whole new HVAC system installed a little.under two years ago. This is the second time that the system has started blowing hot air, I know its.peak season but but I'M not a Happy or satisfied.customer. I retract this review. Within 20 minuets of placing my call for service, Ellis Air called me and had a Tech at my house within 45 minuets, now that is a FIVE STAR customer service! The Technician found the problem, fixed it and we were back up and cooling down. Thank you I should never had doubted your commitment to exceptional and outstanding customer service!

Patrick is the man…. He went up and above to fix my AC unit. I would highly recommend this company to anybody….

We have been working with Ellis Air for over a decade. They have installed HVACs in 1000+ of our homes. We are very happy with their products & service, and will hopefully be using them for our next thousand homes and beyond.

The company sent out a Service Technican right away, he was even two hours early!!! Earl fixed the problem we were experiencing and even gave an explanation as to what the issue was. Two 👍 for Earl. After this last two weeks of being cold and miserable, Earl came to the rescue!!!!!

Mister PATRICK Is the man. He was able to listen to me while beinging bothered by previous, vendor. He went on to check the system. Me and my family had been without a working AC UNIT, during the triple digits. By the time Mister Patrick came to our family rescue, it had already been pass 30days. Mister Patrick noticed we had 2 wall units plugged in and still no air was cooling off are home. Temperature was still climbing in the 90s in the home. Mister Patrick, later went to office brought us back a loaner Ac unit which was working more efficiently, until, our ordered motor had arrived.THE Kiddos was so joyful AND GRATEFUL. I was also, less sibling rivalry at home. He really made a huge difference. His achknowledgement of his profession in the field speaks for himself. His touch off Human kindness, by just listening and speaking kind words. ( not to mention sense of humor) did it for our family. THANK YOU, MISTER PATRICK !! AND ELLIS AIR SYSTEM. 😊😊😊😊
