Victory Mechanical

I am a real estate Broker with multiple properties in Killeen. I have used Arthur and Victory Mechanical since Day 1! Arthur does an excellent job with responsiveness and timing. He’s even made sure that my tenants were serviced immediately even If it was the last appointment of the day, which has been sometimes as late at 9pm.
He’s also made sure that the work is at my expectations. I am often a remote property manager and rely on service providers doing the work I expect done. He has never disappointed! I highly recommend for all homeowners and property managers!

This I am not trying to be harsh at all, from from my experience with Arthur this is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. First occasion, no communication that tech could not make it out to me, after I have left work early. Second occasion a week later another appointment was set, and another no show and I had to make the call after I again left work early. DO NOT use this company, totally unprofessional and simply do not care to communicate or answer when contacted.

I called early morning maybe around 8:30 am. Arthur came out within an hour and got the problem fixed. Definitely recommend amazing price as well. 🙌🏼

Gene diagnosed our problem, found the parts and fixed our furnace the same evening. Thanks, Gene, for getting our heat back.
