They over charge you on labor big time.I called competitor they gave me quote $500.00 cheaper. I have used Ellis air for over 6 years but never again. rip you off. Beware always!!!!! get a second quote from a competitor. Your own technicians said it was too much and it wasn't there fault its policy. I called the office to be civil and I was treated like a third world citizen. I will show the receipts at our next home owners meeting.

Ellis Air Systems installed my new AC system and added ducting on my existing AC system. They provided an excellent warranty and honest service. They also had the best price compare to different companies. I highly recommend this company to my fellow Warrant Officer and Soldiers.

I want to thank the Front Office Staff (Amanda and there was another woman I spoke with as well but I forget her name and I apologize for that) and the tech ( Patrick) for being so understanding and knowledgeable. He was very thorough when he came out to check our system. He put me at ease dealing with our AC predicament. He gave me options and a thorough diagnosis and walked me through exactly what the problem was. We will most definitely be doing business with y'all. Thank you sooooooooo VERY much.

Ellis sent someone out within one hour of my call.. My air conditioner unit inside the garage was leaking. The technician was friendly and professional. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. Then he fixed it. The cost was the price of the service call nothing extra.

The crew who performed my install were great. Attention to detail was of the chart. Ramon was the was the lead he monitored each step of the install. I highly recommend Ellis Air Systems.

I have worked with them personally and for an organization I work with for many years. They are professional and I have never had any problems with them.

They came out to look at my A/C and said they'd come back to clean my coils. They never came back, so I hired a different company. They still charged me $75 to look at my unit even after several emails and phone calls gone unanswered. I would not recommend them.

My trailer has Never been cooler!! Thank you Ellis Air Systems for a job well done. There quote was $2,000 less for a 3.5 ton AC/heating system than a quote I received for a 3 ton from someone else. Very professional and got the job done within a week from accepting the quote.

When I got home from a long weekend out of town, I walked into a hot house due to the A/C not working correctly. I had never used a a/c service in this area before and wasn't sure where to turn. After reading reviews on several sites, I decided on Ellis Air Systems and was just hoping that the reviews were really from satisfied customers.

I am here to add my praise to the list of satisfied customers. The technician, Jason, came out the next day after I called. He was not able to fix the a/c at that time but came back the next day and finished the job. The work was done as quickly as possible. Jason was very proficient and very polite.

I highly recommend Ellis Air and I will call on them again when needed.

We had a wiring issue going from the indoor a/c unit to the outdoor a/c unit causing the outdoor unit not to come on. This was a hard job since the wiring runs under the house. Chris went above and beyond to get it fixed right away. Very professional and kind. Thank you Chris Bailey and Ellis air!!!!
