Ellis Air Systems

We highly recommend Ellis Air Systems. We are very pleased with the service we receive. They service our system in the Spring and in the Fall as part of the Cool Club. Chris Bailey’s recommendation of the system we needed and the insulation for the ducts has made a real difference in our heating and cooling bills. The staff care and are very professional. Chris, Eric, Preston, Mario, and Mason have each helped us. We truly appreciate everyone we’ve dealt with at Ellis Air Systems. We had an issue with a part under warranty so Eric explained the difficulty and contacted management. Two years ago Ellis Air Systems really took excellent care of a similar situation and were very fair. Preston and Mason helped us again. As I previously said, we truly appreciate Ellis Air Systems. Once again, they did a great job and helped us so much. I am pleased to continue to recommend Ellis Air Systems.

6 year update!! AC needs to be replaced only to find out Ellis did not register the unit for the full ten years of warranty with the manufacturer. I w as told that it was my responsibility, but was not told that when It was initially installed. Only words on invoice showed ten years warranty and off to the side 'upon registration' ..that is all it says on the invoice. Technician sure did not tell us to make sure to register the product.

Called Ellis Air Systems due to heat pump on AC not working. They installed this system around 6 years ago. The technician quickly found the problem and gave us the bad news that the system lost 16lbs of Freon and that is why it was not working. He gave his suggestions and was very professional... really appreciated that. He was a top notch guy who was very friendly and explained everything in layman terms.

Only issue I had is the system does not have a warranty anymore. IF you don't register the AC unit with the Manufacturer, then you don't get the full ten years of warranty on parts. Even though the receipt says (upon Registration), we were not told to register the unit. If we were, we sure would have registered it for the extra warranty. So if you get a AC system installed, make sure you register it at the manufacturers website.

I have used Ellis Air for years. They have always been more than fair and have done quality work. Most recently, I had them come out to do an annual cleaning and they forgot to place a condensation drain pipe extension as requested. When I called about the oversight, they turned right around and performed the service free of charge. They're good people with which to do business. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience, very professional and thorough. Chris and Steve did an amazing job working as a team to give me the customer the best experience.

They checked my AC units inside and outside and gave me pointers on how to keep my units running smoothly and efficiently.

They gave me advice on how to keep my AC units and outside pvc pipes area free of mud and clutter!

I would advise all to call Ellis Air for all your AC maintenance needs.

Patrick was fantastic. . Very professional and courteous. Was able to figure out the issue quickly and get it resolved. Absolutely one of the best technicians I’ve come across. Everyone ask for Patrick when dealing with Ellis. Great company they should be proud to have a great asset as Patrick.

Chris came in the scheduled window time and found a leak in the copper pipe. Fixed it quickly and efficiently, and charged the system back up. It's working perfectly again and I feel confident that I won't have any more problems from it. He also didn't try to sell me extra repairs and services that I didn't need. I appreciate an honest company and more so I appreciate the politeness and professionalism that Chris brought. I definitely recommend to anyone needing service done.

I hired Ellis Air to install a Viking Vent Hood in my 1800s house. It was not an easy task at all and required some creative thinking. Daniel was my service man and I cannot say enough about how great he was. Wonderful attitude, Helpful, and Knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and I would absolutely use them again!

Contacted Ellis Air to come out which they did, I was informed the service fee was $ 75. Purchased this unit from them in 2013. The tech didn't have the part in his truck called the office to order the part came back the next day to install it & I was charged $150 because the tech said that there is another charged to go back to Killeen & come back out back out because there are over 60 different units & they can't carry every piece; but all they had to do was ask me for the model #. Heads up contact Solo Trade Services or Air Heads Air both of them will treat you better. I will never use Ellis Air Again

This company is the best yet, will definitely call back for service. Called yesterday afternoon and they came out very next day. Bart was at my door very nice, easy to talk to, friendly and answered any question I asked even if I asked it two or three times. The price was wayyyy!!!!! Less than I expected. So for all the amazing qualities I was provided with I’m giving all the stars in the google galaxy!

We needed the AC repaired for their house and Patrick provided stellar service in our their time of need. He came in a timely manner and was professional throughout the entire experience. Patrick was thorough in assessing the situation with the system, explaining it to us, and providing a literally cool solution. Pricing was good and the military discount was grateful. Now we can enjoy cooler temperatures this summer.
