    Home ac unit stopped in the early morning hours today. Called the GoTo AC Service Company Ellis Air Systems at 7:30am. Jerry the office manager arranged on short notice to have a technician stop by the house and troubleshoot the issue. Jerry sent one of his Star Tech performers, Wendell. Wendell was very professional and conducted a systematic troubleshoot for our non operating air conditioning unit. Identified Compressor failure.
    Submitted a replacement order for the compressor. then Wendell took it to the next level and provided a window ac unit to cool the house down until the compressor can be delivered and installed. This took it from a first down to a touchdown ... Ellis Air Systems checked all the boxes again. Thank You.

    I want to start off with this review from a person that is in the business where Customer Service is very important and it is what keeps the doors open for repeated customers. Ellis Air Systems and their teammates are absolutely phenomenal!
    The ac unit in my house was old, outdated, and it was on it's way out. I called Ellis Air because I wanted a company that is local and if I ever needed service, I know that they are a arms reach away.
    Mr. Chris arrived to my house to inspect the old unit and the house to see the best options suited for my needs. He is very polite and professional. I told him the budget I was working with and the concerns I had with the cooling and heating of my house. Not once, did if I feel Mr. Chris was trying to sell me something I didn't need or push me in the corner for a sale. He actually said, "I have better units, but it would be out of the price range". He reinsured the unit he pick out is very good and it would take care of the concerns I had with the house. We agreed on the sale and the technician would be out in couple of days.
    Now here is the magic. Isaac the technician and his crew had me up and running in one in half days! Let me explain that I had complete change out. A new 5 ton outside unit, new inside unit that is in the attic, 12 ducts, 3 returns, and all new piping. Isaac and the crew are polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I told Isaac my concerns of how the back of the house is not getting enough cooling and heating through the seasons. He explained the old unit in the attic wasn't in the proper position and the piping to the back of the house were too long and the ac had work harder to keep the house cool and this explained my concerns. He installed the new unit in the proper position where the piping wasn't long and had shorter runs . What a huge difference!
    After the install was complete, I wanted to push the new unit. I usually keep my house at 76 degrees with old unit and on hot days, I would put thermostat to 74 degrees to keep the back of the house cool, but it would struggle and be on for long durations. I push the new unit to 70 degrees and it did it without breaking a sweat! My old unit would never get to 70 degrees. Due to the relocation of the unit in the attic, I have notice that the duration when the ac is on is much shorter to keep the house cool.
    I am a 100% completely satisfied customer and highly recommend Ellis Air Systems!

    We built our home 5 years ago. Ellis installed the HVAC unit. We’ve had issues every winter with heating and every summer with cooling. Well here it is summer time again, and once again the outside unit won’t turn on. I called them on a Sunday morning and requested help ASAP (it’s 100 degrees), and was told a technician would call me but I’d have to pay extra for after hours. Fine by me. Nobody ever called. I call them first thing Monday morning and they tell me they can’t get to me till Tuesday. I called someone else and they’ll be here today. I won’t call Ellis again.

    Ellis Air was simply amazing. They kept me up to date on the progress of my work order and had my air up and running once the parts came in. They even took the time to help me install my fancy new thermostat and educate me on the. Correct air filters to use in my home.

    A couple of companies said they couldn't fix my stuff, but a rep from Ellis Air did just the opposite. now, my house is as cool as the other side of the pillow. cooler than being ice cold. cooler than a high quality H2O.

    Had a great experience with this company. They gave me a day and time frame to expect the technician and he called me when he was on his way. Earl was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked my system, determined the problem and fixed it quickly. He didn't have the part he needed on his truck, so he quickly went back to the shop and got it. Very customer service oriented. He didn't try to upsell me an entire new system as one of their competitors did the day before, which is why I called Ellis Air for a second opinion and I'm sure glad I did! Earl saved me thousands of dollars by only doing the work I needed. I will definitely use this company in the future!

    Our A/C quit working in the afternoon and I called Ellis. They told me someone would be out the next morning between 8:00 and 12:00. Mr. Bart called me about 9:00am said he'd be here in a few minutes and was. Got right to work and within 15 minutes everything was back on. I can't say enough how much we appreciated the fast work provided on relatively short notice. Thank you Mr. Bart and Ellis Air Systems.

    Patrick helped diagnose and fix a condenser unit that's been running up our electric bill, accurately and quickly. He was quick and very knowledgable about what he was doing. Needless to say I'll be coming back to Ellis for any other HVAC needs

    I shared a review that I do apologize for. AC went out and thought I would go with someone else for reference it was 97 degrees in my home so I was a bit agitated. HUGE MISTAKE other company said whole unit had to be rebuilt, way wrong was a tiny elbow with a crack. Side note Ellis installed my whole house system and I have been very happy. Tech found the problem in about 5 minutes, problem solved. Saved me about 2000 dollars. Learned a lesson stick with pros and settle for nothing less. They saved me a lot of money. Go nowhere else. Again I was remiss in my previous post that anyone may have read. Does that look a 2k repair
