The A/C unit quit working. I called Crump in the morning and they were able to set an appointment for that afternoon.
Their service man came within the window of time we had set. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it.
Very grateful to have air conditioning again.

Seth was absolutely wonderful. I just moved into my new home and was unsure if my A/C was working properly and if it was even a good system. Came to the door with a smiling face and gave me so much more then I originally asked them too. Talked with me about my system and even helped give me ideas on how to make my house cooler without having to spend much money or even any. I would highly recommend them again and again to all my friends and family. When everything could go wrong in a new house or renting one it’s nice to know good people out there exist.

Crump A/C is one of those family owned/operated businesses that you dream about. I can't think of a single complaint about their employees, their business practices, their attitudes, their work ethics, their professionalism, or the quality of their work. They are up to date on all the latest technology, they call or text to say they're on the way, and you know exactly who is coming to service your house because you see his picture. You'll be smart if you use Crump A/C.

We had to keep calling the company to come out spending a lot of money problem never got fixed. Finally after replacing the 3rd very expensive part we called another company which found the problem easily by looking at the outside unit. They fixed easily added frion and not a problem since! When I called the owner it was his brother in law coming back each time they offered to comp a small portion of the issues but the comp check never came in the mail. Shocker there. I will never use this company again. They only want your money. Be extremely careful with this company.
