We always receive wonderful service! Bryce came in, asked about what issue we were having. Was very friendly and helpful!! He took care of the issue quickly and made sure to explain what he did. He ended the visit by saying to give them a call if we had any other issues or questions. Will continue to use them and refer to anyone needing A/C or Heating help!!

Very professional and upfront about the cost! Advocated for us with the AC manufacturer in order to get a part repaired under warranty. I am recommending Crump to all my family and friends!

This is the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with, and reasons are simple. The Crump A/C technician's name was Seth. He came at the appointed time, and he diagnosed and fixed everything quickly. There are many companies who can fix things, but here is why Crump A/C is now the best I've ever seen:

1) He DIDN'T try to sell me new units, nor did he try to say that my coils needed $300 of cleaning. I keep my outside units and their coils VERY clean, so I know when somebody is lying.

2) The technician was very professional, extremely friendly, and he answered all my questions.

3) In addition to all of that, Seth was unfailingly kind and patient with my little boy who just turned 4. I feel certain that my son asked at least 11,000 questions, and Seth answered and explained all of his questions (many times), and he even let my son feel like be was being helpful by asking all those questions. That is uncommon and highly prized in this day and age, and I'll never forget it.

Crump is the best. I'll never use anybody else.

I have been repeatedly impressed by the honesty and better than good pricing for the service and repairs to my air conditioning system. Bryce and others have been very professional in explaining exactly what the issue is and fixing it quickly. If they see that the repair is something simple, the pricing reflects that. When they've seen that the issue was not the air conditioning, I've not been charged. This kind of service, pricing and honesty is rare and deserves to be noticed.

Crump was the 4th company that our warranty sent out to diagnose and repair our AC issues. Saying that the first 3 companies were incompetent crooks would be an understatement. As a client, I'm extremely satisfied with their professionalism, attention to detail and even knocking off $500+ from the bill that wasn't needed to complete the install. (other companies would have considered it a bonus and kept it)

This is my second time using Crump A/C and Heating for an emergency related problem. After realizing (at 2:00 AM this morning) that my a/c unit wasn't cooling my house, I called Crump A/C and Heating first thing this morning. Amber called me back promptly and scheduled Bryce to conduct a service visit this afternoon. What a blessing... Bryce did his diagnostic procedures and determined the problem. Excellent communication. A real pleasure to speak with both Amy, the administrator on the phone who set up the appointment and also Seth, the technician who did the work. Very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Seth even picked up something I needed at the hardware store when he went to get something for the job. Wouldn’t even let me pay him for it!

Helped me get my Entire system replaced when the home warranty wanted to keep replacing parts a couple of years ago. They were a great and welcome help! Recently my system wasn’t cooling and I was scared and hot. They answered right away, came right out and it was a simple fix! They are the best and I highly recommend their services!
