We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Crump A/C and Heating. Amber was so pleasant on the phone and made scheduling easy. Greg arrived promptly, was super polite and professional, and diagnosed our AC condenser problem quickly. The part needed to be ordered, which arrived ahead of schedule, and Seth and Bryce returned the next day, replacing the part in no time. We will be happy to work with this company again.

One of the best AC companies in Texas great they have very good customer service the lady Amber helped me a lot looking for the best deal to replace my Ac. The technician Bryce was excellent he was able to find the problem with my AC immediately

After another company tried to get me to pay for an expensive “urgent” repair, I called some other companies recommended by friends, and Crump A/C and Heating was by far the best. Amber talked me through potential issues that the previous A/C company could have been recommending be repaired, and then discussed working with my home warranty after they came out to assess any issues. Bryce was my technician and came out promptly. He was so nice and listened to what the previous company explained and went to go check for himself. He took pictures of the areas in question which revealed the “urgent” repair was completely unnecessary. He did discover the root of the problem which he promptly fixed and was covered in their service fee. Did I mention they are super affordable?!?! Compared to the other places I called that were recommended by friends to me, they offer great pricing. A family friend who has been in the commercial a/c business since the 70’s gave me some key terms to look for when searching for a trusted a/c company and they checked every box. That was long, but they are worth it!

Originally, I was referred to Crump AC for a warranty repair. After having my AC repaired, I will be using them for all my AC regular maintenance needs. Very professional honest and responsive. This small business gets it right. They treat ALL of their customers with respect no matter if it's a one time warranty repair or not. They are honest with what you actually need and don't try to upsell you on things you don't.

This company and it's owners are wonderful. If you want good, honest people who always try to do the right thing, then go with Crump. If anyone gives them less than a 5 star review, then they have to be one of those people who will find fault in everything and are chronic complainers. I recommend these guys as often as I can. We've used them on several properties and have referred to several clients because they are honest and fair.

Our experience was definitely a good one. From our first call to the end of the job. They were on time and worked through the long hot day to be sure we had air after not having any for 3days. We had a new unit installed and they took away all the old equipment and cleaned up after themselves. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely continue to use them.

I highly recommend Crump A/C and heating! Since purchasing my home I’ve had to have the existing A/C units serviced a few times. I have used several companies. Crump has been the best company I have used by leaps and bounds. Bryce was excellent and explained the problem and the repair thoroughly. When you open your home to a company it’s always nice to have a highly qualified and friendly repair person to complete the work. The company and Bryce definitely gets 5 stars from me!!!!
