Alan from Ideal Air came to fix our upstairs air conditioning today. He was on time, professional, very informative and explained everything so that I could understand the issues. He repaired the unit within a couple of hours and unclogged drains in the attic. He was so kind and friendly. I called Ideal Air because a neighbor recommended them and has used them for years. From the minute I contacted them, everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. I have found my new A/C service company! Thank you again Alan!

Today Allen came to provide maintenance on our 2 A/C units and as always, the professionalism was top notch. We’ve been using Ideal Air for maybe 20 years. Allen was just great. He arrived on time and took the time to briefly describe what he’d be doing and asked if there was anything specific I was concerned about. He went about his business very respectfully and was quite thorough. He completed legible notes about the inspection and answered all of my questions. Based on service like this, we have referred Ideal to our neighbors. We also love that when we need service fast, we can count on Ideal to be here within 24 hours! Thank you for taking so much pride in your work, Allen! And really, all you guys do a great job for us😎.

This was my first time to use Ideal and it won't be my last. I just needed a check up and tune up on my A/C now that the Houston Summer is on. They were very affordable and even offered a slight discount if I wanted to go ahead and pay for my winter check up.

Dalton came to my house right on time and spent a good amount of time going over everything. i feel a lot more confident in his job than I did compared with the previous service I used. He was friendly and professional. I hope he's the one that comes out when I get ready to do my winter check up. If you're looking for an A/C and heat service, i know it sounds like a pun, but Ideal would be Ideal for your needs! (sorry...had to do it! LOL)

I started using Ideal Air after a bad experience with another vendor. The previous vendor installed a complete A/C system but it did not cool well. Ideal found the problem and warrantied my system. They replaced my other A/C and heater with a very energy efficient system that works great.
Ideal also comes twice a year to inspect both units. Besides maintenance they tested the air in my house for particulate matter.
They always provide prompt service. Is it the cheapest? No it is not. There is value in not having to call someone out multiple times to fix things.

Ideal Air Services has been maintaining our HVAC system for several years and this company is above the rest with great service. We contacted them for a second opinion after another company said that we needed to buy a new unit. Ideal checked everything and cleaned the coil and recharged.

Last year, we called them on a Friday evening as our AC did not cool. Within 15 minutes, a technician came out and tended to the problem. Under maintenance contract, they don't even charge you a trip fee, we just needed to pay for the parts. Can'[t beat service like that.

To top it off, everybody there is absolutely professional and genuinely kind hearted. Robert came out this time to service our unit and he is very knowledgeable and was thorough checking everything and cleaned the unit. We were so impressed with Robert that we requested him to be "our" technician. However, every technician that came out here was also quality.

Who likes to have AC issues during the summer? No one! However we knew exactly who to contact when we began to have issues with our upstairs cooling, and that was Ideal Air Services! The ladies in the officer were so nice and helpful with setting our appointment up. Diyan was our technician and I have never been so impressed with someone who has such kind manners, attention to detail and knowledgeable in his work. Diyan got our system back up and running with rewiring of our dampners, a UV light to get rid of some bacterial growth and a yearly maintenance for our HVAC system for peace of mind. We cannot thank Diyan and Ideal Air Services enough for coming out so quickly and providing the absolute best service. We love you guys! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!

Ideal Air is the best company and the owner is wonderful. We’ve used Ideal air for 12 years and highly recommend them. They are honest and offer quality service. Recently, Steve and Eric have worked on our units and both men were very professional and courteous.

The technician that performed the repair was on-time, professional, knew his craft well and took the time to answer the many questions I had. Eric, is a top shelf technician and I'd recommend him without hesitation. Ideal Air is the only company I use for repair on my AC system they are honest, fair, never pushy and they get the job done!!
