Did a/c seasonal check up and quoted replacement of ductwork. Very polite, profession and knows what they are talking about. One major plus for using Ideal is the techs honesty. We were not sure about out insulation, he said we did not need it yet. That would have been easy money but he said we were good. I really appreciate it.

I have used Ideal Air Services since 2007, and as recently as August 3rd, 2020, and will continue to do so. I have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for service call in an emergency with no A/C. James and his team have always been professional and courteous, and took the time to explain the repairs needed and why. I have never felt like I was being sold something I did not need. When we needed repairs that were above our ability to pay all at once, they helped us secure financing. I have always felt like their primary concern was my comfort and satisfaction. If you are looking for honest and reliable A/C service at a fair price...look no further, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic organization, been working with them for at least the last 10 years. Eric came and took care of us, very professional and addressed our issue within an hour. Probably not typical, but it was a good experience and I would recommend them to anybody!

These guys are the real deal. 100% professionals. I had my entire HVAC system replaced. Danny was great to work with. Went over all of my options in detail…twice! Super patient, no pressure at all. Charbel and crew were on time, polite, clean and efficient. I could not believe how fast they swapped out my whole HVAC system. They did excellent work. Afterwards Adrian came by to make sure everything was working correctly. Also took time to answer additional questions and gave me some tips and tricks. I called Ideal based on their online reviews. So went to bed and knew a/c wasn’t as cold as I wanted! Called Ideal next morning and they had me scheduled between 9 and 11 for that day! The call to Ideal’s customer service was great! Took my info which was already in the system and 1 hour later Eric showed up! Love Eric , so professional but super friendly! He diagnosed the problem, blower dead! Within 2 hours had part and ready to install! Now I’m cool and comfy! Love Ideal have used them for 12 years. Thanks Ideal!

The technician was right on time, very friendly and helpful. He serviced the heating system. I had one hot room and he went up in to the attic to trace down what was causing it and recommended a solution.

I have been using Ideal Air Services for many years now. They are great people up and down the line. They are extremely courteous, professional and honest. I have never had a problem any time they have come out. I have had the owner come out and explain the cost associated with a couple of big jobs I had done in the past. I will continue to use them and I do recommend that you use them as well.

I wrote a review a month ago about Ideal Air's high quality installment of our new Air Conditioner. Now, I am totally 100% recommending Ideal Air for the response based on their Warranty Guarantee. Due to no fault by Ideal Air, the outside Trane unit had problems. I left them a message on Thursday night and James Sharp (the owner) and his son arrived Friday morning diagnosed that the unit was loosing coolant and rather than fix it they would replace the unit. They added coolant to cover the weekend and returned Monday morning replacing the unit at no cost. James was so easy to work with and followed up with me Monday afternoon to be sure that the new unit was working properly. Ideal Air Service is my air conditioner service team for life!

We have used Ideal Air Services for years and have always been really happy with them. They installed an entirely new HVAC system when we moved into our house, and we've utilized their maintenance plan ever since. The technicians are always very friendly and helpful, and while they do recommend additional features that could help our system from time to time, we've never felt any pressure from them to purchase additional features or services. They are very good about presenting you with the information, answering any questions you have, and letting you make your own decisions without feeling any obligation.
