Ideal Air Services

We are a retail store. We asked Ideal Air Services if they did commercial AC work, they said yes. We asked them to fix a drain pan that was buckled. The tech came and said they could not do the work because of a drop ceiling (this is common in commercial buildings). They invoiced $89.95!!

A) If you can't do the work, then say so up front and don't waste our time
B) If you can't do the work, then don't charge a service fee; that is simply insulting and leads to bad complaints.

We have removed Ideal Air Services from our list of approved vendors.

Customers: If you have a commercial operation DO NOT USE Ideal Air Services!

They were neat and efficient when installing a new Trane unit for the first floor. They are courteous, neat, and efficient when doing spring and fall checkups on both the new downstairs unit and the older upstairs unit. All of the people I have dealt with from Ideal Air are quality people. They are honest and hard working. I highly recommend them.

We had the best experience with Ideal Air Services. Our AC went out and we were miserable. My husband called Ideal and spoke with Debbie, she is fantastic, she got a guy out the very next day! The technician that came out was very helpful and very nice. He ordered everything and we were back in business within 2 days! Talk about relief! Outstanding ac service company with integrity. They charged what they quoted with no hidden charges and performed the service on my two ac units without any major issues and for a reasonable price.

I had a dehumidifier and an air cleaner system installed. Since the beginning they were prompt and punctual on the appointment, they clearly stated what was required to get the job done and how long it would take. They did a great job, all was done correctly. Marion and his crew did an excellent job.

Update 7/29/21 Had my yearly inspection, same quality of service. On time and the service was done perfectly. Really happy with the service.
