We have used Bill Anderson Air for many years and have always had exceptional service. The entire experience, from calling the office, the professional employees and the work have been great! They have always been on time, offered honest repair suggestions and done great work! The are dependable and I always feel good about the work done. We will continue to use and highly recommend them.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were able to come out on this hot 4th of July holiday and repair my AC. Mike took my last minute phone call and squeezed me into the schedule for the day. Daniel showed up as scheduled, was super friendly, quickly identified the issue and resolved it, while also providing tips for future maintenance. Both were consummate professionals and provided exceptional customer service. Bill Anderson Air can’t be recommended enough.

From the very beginning, Bill Anderson Air was amazing. This is a family-owned company which goes to show how committed they are to their jobs! Some friends recommended them to us and we were not disappointed. Starting with scheduling, they very quickly added us to the list to diagnose our issue. I’m a person who asks lots and lots of questions and they answered them all thoroughly. They replaced our air conditioner the following day and within hours we were up and running again. Their price was cheaper when I compared with other companies. They also provided a longer warranty period. From the moment I called them, I was treated with kindness and respect. Overall, this company is great at what they do and I would definitely recommend them for any job large or small.

About 18 months ago, we purchased a 14 year old home that was not properly maintained. Consequently we contracted with Bill Anderson multiple times (preventative maintenance, replaced thermostats and filter housing, post electrical outage surge damage, and a leaking coil). With each service call - they were on time, finished the work on time, cost what they said, and were patient and polite. Nice, family run business. If you want predictability from knowledgeable technicians - choose Bill Anderson.

After having a few contractors out to quote a new AC coil, each of whom seemed less competent than the previous, I finally called bill anderson on recommendation from a neighbor. They were prompt, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Their price was a bit higher in cost than my other three quotes but it was well worth the piece of mind knowing they were working on the right unit and not wasting my time after I’d had tons of back and forth with other companies. I’ve had a new coil up and running for weeks now and it’s working great and it appears the job was well done. I honestly won’t use anyone but them for my hvac work going forward. Highly recommend.

Hey neighbors! I just wanted to share a recommendation for an air conditioning and heating company… Bill Anderson Air! They recently installed a whole home air filtration system and the results have been fantastic! Our dust levels are way, way down and they checked all of the vents and ducts for us. We had an outside vent that was sucking in humid air for a 1/2 hour out of every hour causing our house to be much more humid than it should be. Since they visited, our house has held a lower rate of humidity. They were fast, friendly, and gave us the best rate out of several companies that gave us estimates. Check them out as we head into the hot summer season!

Over the years, Bill Anderson Air has been my goto for anything and everything HVAC related. Most recently I had a frozen AC Coil that was giving me trouble and causing water to leak into the overflow pan. I reached out to the team over at Bill Anderson Air and they were able to set me up with an appointment to get it looked at despite their schedule being completely packed with the warmer months approaching. After confirming the issue, to my surprise they were able to obtain and replace the entire AC Coil all within a matter of a few hours on the same day.

I only have high praises for the entire team over at Bill Anderson Air, from the folks managing the phones, to the technicians that come out to look at the HVAC system, to the great group of gentlemen that completed the repair within a very short amount of time. Throughout the entire process, they answered every single question of mine and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.
