I would give them 10 stars! They were highly recommended by multiple neighbors and now I see why. They were quick to get someone out to give us an estimate and were able to get the replacement part where another vendor said it would take weeks. They were very professional to work with and their service team cleaned up after themselves. They also made sure our replacement part was registered for the extended warranty with the manufacturer, giving us 10 years instead of 5. Their customer service is top notch. We would highly recommend!

We had an issue with 1 of our exterior AC units and were referred to Bill Anderson Air. When I called, a live person answered the phone to guide me through the correct process of whom I need to speak with. The tech was unavailable at the time, but actually called me back shortly after the message. Upon further discussion they guided my through a minor issue that I was able to take care of myself...easily saving $100+! After a good experience we furthered our relationship by having them come out and evaluate our an interior unit that wasn't functioning correctly. Long story short, they went above and beyond tracking down difficult units during the supply shortage and did it a VERY reasonable rate!

Daniel explained each process as he quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue. He found the problem in 10 minutes and quoted me the cost for repair but suggested I check with the installer since the unit was likely still under warrantee. He was right and saved me some money. He didn't try to upsell me anything or trash another company's work. Excellent integrity and someone I would trust.
