I have been using Bill Anderson for almost 10 years. Very professional, very fair and you can count on them to show up on time. Just had a complete unit installed as the Texas heat got the best of mine this year. They did a great job.

We had been having ongoing problems with our upstairs a/c unit not cooling. We called Bill Anderson Air because they were highly recommended by numerous families in our neighborhood. They were able to quickly come out and assess our problem. Recognizing that our a/c unit would continue to have problems due to age and poor quality, we decided we would go ahead and replace the unit. Bill Anderson Air gave us a quote and we then obtained quotes from two companies. Bill Anderson’s quote was a tiny bit cheaper than the others but had the added benefit of a better warranty. We opted to go ahead with Bill Anderson Air and were scheduled to have the install done two days later. They arrived on time and were polite, professional and kept everything neat and tidy. They registered the new unit with the manufacturer and sent us the paperwork for our records. We are very please with Bill Anderson Air and would gladly use them again.

All aspects of their performance are outstanding, including: scheduling an appt, the technician arriving on time, the quality of the work, the cost of the work. Called them for annual AC inspection. They came when they said they would. Found an issue with the compressor and fixed the next day. System works perfectly. If you have an issue with your HVAC system Bill Anderson Air is the company to call. I highly recommend them.

We recently used Bill Anderson Air to repair one of our air conditioning units. They were extremely helpful from the very beginning including telephone calls with Mike that helped us understand options. They showed up to replace our condenser on time, the quality of work was fantastic and the price was very competitive. They have become our first call for heating and air conditioning issues.

I was referred to Bill Anderson Air by two different people after having some not so good experiences with other AC companies while trying to get someone to fix my evaporator coil. Bill Anderson was responsive and cheaper than any other quote. Other companies wanted to send out a “supervisor” to discuss my options of replacing the whole system. Bill Anderson gave me a quote the first time they came out, only fixed what was broken, and did a great job. I really appreciate the professionalism and great work provided by Bill Anderson Air! I have had couple different issues at home with my units and they always have resolved them and provided clear explanation/ education on how to maintain/treat my air conditioning units. I highly recommend Bill Anderson Air, in the past I used couple other service providers and they were not friendly, not clear and I wasn’t happy at all with the service.
