Bill Anderson Air had been maintaining our AC units for a few years. They are very responsive when ever there is a problem. I also truly appreciate their honesty and great customer service. Their employees and crews are very professional, honest and timely. Highly recommend them for any service you may need. We recently had to replace a coil in one of our units and they had us back up and running in less than 24hrs from when I gave them a call.

Bill Anderson (I believe Mike on the phone) advised me on best course of action when my upstairs Air Conditioner unit failed this summer. Brad, was super knowledgeable, and did take the time to answer my questions on how would be best to run my home... my home air conditioning units that is. :)

Bill Anderson Air started maintaining our system a few years ago. They perform maintenance and replaced our heating system. They are reasonably priced, do great work, and tell us where we can save money. Even when they priced out our new heating system, they offered a low priced option first and a higher priced better long term solution. They are honest and great to work with.

Bill Anderson Air replaced one of our AC units a few months ago. We received bids from multiple companies and every one of them pushed their preferred brands. I like that Bill Anderson allowed me to pick the brand that I wanted. They gave a very fair price and installed it when I requested. I was shocked that their three-man crew installed the new unit in under three hours. Bill Anderson Air has earned my future business.

Update on 3/31/23 : About a year after my old review, Bill Anderson just put in a new Lennox A/C and did a terrific job, arrived punctually and the cost was very reasonable, would definitely recommend!

My old review: Bill Anderson saved me money. My Lennox A/C had a bad fan motor. The first company I called said no point fixing it, and suggested replacing the entire A/C for big bucks. But Bill Anderson replaced the fan motor with original Lennox replacement fan and the A/C actually became colder than before and the cost was excellent value. So Bill Anderson saved me from having to replace the entire A/C for almost 20 times as much cost!

A couple of months ago, I reached out to Bill Anderson Air Conditioning to come perform an annual check. Since my system was running at the time, the soonest they could get me scheduled was about 3 weeks out. This was fine since it was running and they wanted to take care of other customers who were not working. So when it came time for them to come out, they called and said they still had a back log of customers needing repair that if i would reschedule to the following day then there would be no service call fee for coming out. Wow, that impressed me right off the bat there.

They came out the following day and determined that my outdoor unit was getting close to end of its life and recommended a new outside unit. They were there the next day to install it.

Super impressed with their service and will use them going forward.
