BAA is probably the best A/C company I've used so far. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The person that came initially to diagnose the heating issue was really proficient and knew what he was doing. Unlike other techs would poke around trying to fix the problem by "trial & error". All the appointments were on time. Price is fair. Service is great.

I hope they can keep up with the quality, service while staying competitively in price. Wonderful family owned business (they are truly a family owned business).

There is a reason these guys have so many great reviews - they earn it. Being a family owned business, they do business the old fashioned way. My hvac was the original system, 25 yrs old. Got a quote for a complete new system before summer gets here..., didn't try to push any particular brand - would install whatever I wanted. Set up the appointment time/date, came in , replaced the coil, plenum, outside condensing unit, all with new Lennox equipment, done in 3 hours. All at a very competitive price. Thanks!

The team at Bill Anderson Air are always friendly and quick to respond. They have completed several repairs for us quickly, professionally and the costs are fair. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and willing to share tips. It's great to have a family owned business close by that does an amazing job.

I had problems with my AC not cooling, called another company (local). They came out and assessed the problem, the technician informed me that coil needed to be replaced and due to the shipping container crisis I would have to wait approximately six (6) months for the part to arrive. I called Bill Anderson Air, they sent a technician the same day and came back out the next day with the part needed to fix my AC. They got my AC running and did it for $200.00 less than the what the previous AC company had quoted me. I highly recommend Bill Anderson Air!

We elected to use Bill Anderson Air on both of our 4 ton Lennox units after a review from our neighbor next door. We were super pleased to hear that the team had parts on hand to do the job as soon as we were ready. Mike was really patient with us as we worked through the costs and we were really pleased with the final price considering the new government efficiency requirements put us in a higher SEER bracket than we thought we'd be. I was doubly impressed by the install team - they sent a full 2 teams to do the install and because of that they were done in under 4 hours with 2 A/C's, coils, condensers and heaters. They even patched up our ductwork (which another vendor wanted to charge us $2000 for) and left the attic in better shape than it was when they arrived. In my research I couldn't find anyone with lower prices on Lennox or comparable brands (like Goodman, Daikin, American standard) so I was really pleased that I didn't have to sacrifice service quality for the lower price. All in all a great outfit - definitely highly recommended for HVAC replacement.

I had to replace my aircondition unit and looked on my neighborhood facebook group and got quotes from two ones that were highly recommended. I ended up using bill anderson air due a little to price as they were cheaper but they impressed me with their professionalism and knowledge. They did an amazing job and they are now my only aircon company. I highly recommend them.

We have had various A/C companies in the past, but we will never use anyone other than Bill Anderson Air again! Our A/C unit died in the middle of summer right after we moved into our new house with a baby, and they managed to squeeze us in and come out the same day. We have used them for more than 3 years now, and we are never going back.
